Michael Owen states his prediction for Tottenham v Crystal Palace
The former Liverpool striker is tipping Tottenham to win to nil against Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon

Michael Owen has backed Tottenham Hotspur to follow up their impressive Champions League performance mid-week with an emphatic win against London rivals Crystal Palace at Wembley.
Spurs lost 1-0 to title rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford last weekend after Anthony Martial came off the bench to secure three points for the 20-time English champions.
However, Tottenham refused to dwell on the Premier League defeat ahead of the visit of Champions League holders Real Madrid at Wembley in the Champions League.
Harry Kane returned from a hamstring problem to lead the Tottenham attack but it was his England team-mate Dele Alli who broke the deadlock with a close-range finish.
The Tottenham midfielder doubled the north London side’s lead with a deflected strike in the second half before Denmark playmaker Christian Eriksen put the result beyond any doubt.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side will host the Premier League’s basement club Crystal Palace in the Premier League this weekend hoping to avoid any hangover from their Champions League heroics.
Former Liverpool striker Owen is backing Tottenham to ease to an emphatic win against Roy Hodgson’s men before the international break.
“If Palace fail to score they will become only the second side in the history of the Premier League (Derby County first in 2007/8) to fail to score in their first six away games of the campaign,” Owen told BetVictor.
T”he return of Wilf Zaha has given the Eagles hope in their quest for Premier League survival, but they may have to wait at least another couple of weeks for a point or even a goal on the road given Spurs are a top-class side.”
Tottenham are in third place in the Premier League table and eight points behind current leaders Manchester City.
