Danny Rose admits that some of Tottenham’s performances at White Hart Lane this season have been “unacceptable”.
Spurs’ faint hopes of a top-four finish were dealt another severe blow on Sunday as local rivals Arsenal sealed a 1-0 win thanks to Tomas Rosicky’s stunning early goal.

That defeat left Tottenham fifth in the table but nine points behind third-placed Arsenal, who have played a game less than their neighbours.
And Rose has spoken of his concern at Spurs’ failure to improve their form in north London this season.
“Some of the games we’ve lost and drawn at home have been unacceptable,” Rose told the London Evening Standard. “Have we played below our potential? Of course.
“Most members of our regular starting XI are full internationals, so we’re all disappointed. Individually, we might not have done so well this season and, as a team, we definitely haven’t.
“You look at some of our results at home and you compare them with the Tottenham teams of two or three seasons ago. We were beating those teams comfortably.
“So it’s something to look at and we’re definitely disappointed that this season might finish without us in the top four.”
