The Terriers have won their last two top-flight games following victories over Bournemouth and West Bromwich Albion to move three points above the relegation zone.
Former Manchester United midfielder Ince is tipping Tottenham to ease to a comfortable win over Huddersfield at Wembley on Saturday.
Ince told the Daily Express: “As much as I’d like to sit here and say that I can imagine Huddersfield playing Spurs off the pitch… I can’t.
“Despite all the VAR controversy, they had a good game against Rochdale in the FA Cup in midweek and managed to rest some players, too.
“I can only see this game going one way.”
Tottenham have the small matter of a home clash against Serie A giants Juventus in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash on Wednesday night.
