Michael Owen predicts 28-year-old will score in West Ham v Liverpool FC
The Liverpool legend is tipping Daniel Sturridge to get on the score sheet against West Ham on Saturday

Michael Owen is confident Daniel Sturridge will help to fire Liverpool to victory over West Ham United at the London Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The England international started his fourth Premier League game of the season last weekend and Sturridge produced a moment of quality to unlock Huddersfield Town’s defence in the second half.
The 28-year-old striker managed to lift a classy finish over the Huddersfield goalkeeper to set Liverpool on their way towards three points before goals from Roberto Firmino and Georginio Wijnaldum sealed a 3-0 win.
Sturridge somewhat surprisingly dropped to the bench for the visit of Slovenian side Maribor in the Champions League on Wednesday night but the England international was a second-half substitute at Anfield.
And the former Chelsea and Manchester City forward scored Liverpool’s third goal to seal three points and cement their place at the top of Group E.
Sturridge will return to the London Stadium with his Liverpool team-mates on Saturday having scored twice in a 4-0 victory over West Ham in their penultimate game of the 2016-17 season to secure a place in the Champions League.
Former Liverpool striker Owen is backing Sturridge to get on the score sheet at West Ham this weekend.
“Great to see Daniel Sturridge back among the goals against Huddersfield last weekend and the England international has a good record against West Ham scoring five times in seven Premier League games against the Hammers,” Owen told BetVictor.
