West Ham United fans will love the Olympic Stadium, says Peters
Martin Peters believes West Ham supporters are going to relish the east London club's move to the Olympic Stadium

Martin Peters believes West Ham supporters are going to relish the club’s move to the Olympic Stadium.
The Hammers were confirmed as the main tenants of the Stratford arena last month and hope to move into the new ground in time for the start of the 2016-17 season.
The £429m stadium is set to be transformed into 54,000-seater arena after plans that include a new roof were unveiled, with the Hammers having pipped Tottenham Hotspur and Leyton Orient in the bidding process.
“There’s another three years to go yet, but seeing what the stadium’s going to look like, it’s going to be a fantastic stadium and a fantastic place to go and play,” World Cup winner Peters, who scored 100 goals in nine seasons in east London, told West Ham TV.
“So it will be brilliant for the supporters and for the players themselves – as long as we win! That’s the main thing.
“It will be [one of the best in the country]. I’ve looked at the different things that are set to happen and I wish I was playing.
“All the top teams will be looking forward to playing in the Olympic Stadium, because it’s such an outstanding stadium.
“The supporters are going to be loving it as well, even the away supporters will love it.”
