Wimbledon 2016: Order of play for Wednesday 6 July. Roger Federer and Andy Murray are both in action on Centre Court

Roger Federer will open play on Centre Court at Wimbledon on Wednesday 6 July after the intended order of play was confirmed by the All England Club.

The Swiss maestro will kick off proceedings on the main show court with his quarter-final clash against Marin Cilic from 13:00 BST on Wednesday.

That match will be followed by British No1 Andy Murray’s showdown with France’s Jo-Wilfried Tsonga on Centre Court at SW19.

Meanwhile, Sam Querrey will take on Milos Raonic in the first of the men’s quarter-final clashes on Court No1, with that match followed by Tomas Berdych’s clash with Lucas Pouille of France.

Here is the confirmed Wimbledon schedule and order of play for Wednesday for the two main show courts on men’s quarter-finals day.
