Wojciech Szczesny: Arsenal ready for ‘huge’ FA Cup showdown
Wojciech Szczesny says Arsenal are ready to put their Premier League struggles to one side and reach FA Cup final

Wojciech Szczesny insists that Arsenal are ready to put their Premier League struggles to one side and beat Wigan to reach the FA Cup final.
The Gunners have seen their title bid quickly fade away in recent weeks after a run of just one win in six top-flight outings dropped Arsene Wenger’s men down to fourth place in the table.
We’ve got three years of experience under our belt and we’re more prepared for it

Arsenal travel to Wembley on Saturday afternoon looking to banish the demons of their League Cup final defeat by Birmingham City back in 2011.
And Szczesny insists that the north London side are more “mature” as they prepare for their first game at the home of English football since that loss.
“It’s huge – we know that we’re in a very strong position to win the FA Cup this year, and we’re two games away from doing so,” Szczesny told Arsenal Player.
“We’re at Wembley so we know how important it is for the fans and all the players. I hope it’s going to be a very positive day for the club.
“We had a bad experience recently at Wembley in the League Cup final. But [we’ve matured] a lot and we’ve got a lot more experienced players. Also I think that the likes of Jack and Aaron Ramsey and myself were only 18 or 19 at the time.
“We’re three years older now, we’ve got three years of experience under our belt and we’re more prepared for it.”
