Amir Khan has given Terence Crawford a one-word warning before his September 13th super-fight.
The Bolton boxer had already warned Crawford in 2024, before the fight with Canelo Alvarez had officially been announced.
But ‘Bud’ now faces one of his toughest challenges yet in his first fight in the super middleweight division against the undisputed champion Canelo.

Boxers have backed the American to take his power and even stop Alvarez late in the fight. Some even believe weight may not play a big role in the matchup, and Terence might ‘bully’ the Mexican.

Khan has also predicted a win for the Omaha fighter, having shared a training camp with the 37-year-old for the last fight of his career against Kell Brook.
However, he has been very blunt about his experiences with the undisputed king’s power when he faced Saul Alvarez in 2016.
Their clash was memorable for the insane knockout finish by the Mexican that left ‘King’ unconscious on the canvas.
When asked by SecondsOut to describe the power of his former rival, he described it in one word.
“Devastating,” he said.
“I didn’t remember what happened. It was that hard. Canelo hits very hard and I remember I fought him at the peak of his career in them days.
“I had everything all odds against me, but I said, ‘F- – – it. I’m going to take it’.”
While it may seem like a scary prospect for the former undisputed welterweight champion, ‘King Khan’ feels the work in training camp will make up for it and believes the game plan of one former Canelo opponent will be a difference maker.
He explained: “He’s sparring with a lot heavier guys. I think he’ll be able to take the shots and also recover from them, and come back stronger in my opinion.
“I like a Floyd Mayweather (style) with a hit move, be smart, and just counter him at times.”
Amir Khan reveals one fight against a boxing legend which would ‘motivate’ a return
While the 38-year-old had his last fight against Brook and served a two-year ban for a positive drug test, he is still looking to lace up the gloves if the right offer comes in.
Recently, there have been no rumours or many admissions from the man himself that offers have been made, but he has picked out a fight, which would ‘motivate’ a return.
In the interview, he was asked about a contest with Manny Pacquiao, and he responded: “I take it 100%. I take that fight.
“Because we are both probably past our best. And not only that, there’s always been talk about it, but I probably take a fight like that only motivates me to get back in the ring again.”
Pacquiao last fought to a majority draw against Mario Barrios and is now exploring options for a potential return in December to continue his final run in the sport.
