Gilberto Ramirez prepares for his first defence of his unified cruiserweight titles, with a Jake Paul shadow looming.
The Mexican retained his WBA title and won the WBO belt with a unanimous decision win over Chris Billam-Smith.
Ramirez defends for the first time against Yuniel Dorticos on the Paul vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr undercard.

In the build-up to the fight, the influencer and others around him have spoken about getting a world title shot.
Now with both men sharing a card, respective wins for the cruiserweights could lead to a clash which would have seemed improbable two years ago.
Gilberto Ramirez ‘ready’ for a Jake Paul clash
The ‘Problem Child’ has mentioned in interviews that he is keeping a close eye on the co-main event winner.
Speaking to DAZN, Zurdo gave the YouTuber-turned-boxer a simple response.
He said: “Yeah, but he needs to win first, and I will win for sure on the night.
“I am ready for anything he brings to the table.”
Cesar Chavez still poses a threat to the 28-year-old even if the former world middleweight champion is past his best.
The current cruiserweight champion also weighed in on if the American has been good for boxing and his chances of becoming a titleholder.
“It is good for the sport because a lot of people know him, and it is good to bring more people, like younger kids,” he said.
“He is doing a good job, I think for this sport, and I hope he can one day be a champion but no, not with me.”
Jake Paul and Chavez Jr share one unlikely opponent in common
While the difference in experience is very apparent between Chavez Jr (62 fights) and the Ohio boxer (12 fights), they do share an unlikely common opponent.
Former UFC legend Anderson Silva has faced both men inside the ring, with both fights going the distance.
However, the Brazilian mixed martial artist was dropped en route to a unanimous decision loss to the youngest Paul brother.
Silva, though, was successful against the Americans’ next adversary as he took a split decision win over the son of Chavez Sr.
He was able to finish the bout unscathed, even if it was very close on the scorecards.
What version of the Mexican enters the ring on June 29th is still unknown, but if he can roll back the years, Paul could be in trouble.
