Arsenal are on the brink of confirming Sokratis Papastathopoulos’ transfer to the Gunners in a £16m deal, according to a report in England.
The Evening Standard is reporting that the Greece international is closing in on a move to Arsenal from Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund in the 2018 summer transfer window.
The same article claims that the north London side will spend £16m on the experienced centre-half following talks with the 29-year-old throughout May so far.
