Cesc Fabregas declared that he has unfinished business in the Premier League after signing a five-year contract with Chelsea on Thursday.
The 27-year-old former Arsenal captain heads to Stamford Bridge after spending three seasons at Barcelona.

“Firstly I would like to thank everyone at FC Barcelona where I enjoyed three wonderful years,” Fabregas, who will wear the number four shirt for the Blues, said in a statement.
“It was my childhood club and I will always be proud and honoured that I had a chance to play for such a great team.
“I do feel that I have unfinished business in the Premier League and now is the right time to return.
“I considered all the other offers very carefully and I firmly believe that Chelsea is the best choice. They match my footballing ambitions with their hunger and desire to win trophies.
“They have an amazing squad of players and an incredible manager. I am fully committed to this team and I can’t wait to start playing.”
Fabregas had been linked with a move to Chelsea for some time after it became clear that Barcelona were willing to sell the Spain international playmaker.
Arsenal are understood to have turned down the opportunity to re-sign the midfielder, who spent eight years in north London before his transfer to Barcelona in 2011.
Fabregas scored eight goals and made 13 assists in 36 La Liga games for Barcelona last season.
