Eden Hazard has his “heart set” on a transfer to Real Madrid from Chelsea FC this summer, according to reports in the British media.

Website Goal is reporting that the Belgian is keen on a move to Real Madrid after months of speculation linking him with a switch to the Bernabeu.

Hazard has long been linked with a transfer to the Spanish side, but it seems that this year the speculation is higher than ever, as his contract at Stamford Bridge is set to expire at the end of next season.

The same story says that the 28-year-old playmaker feels that it is “now or never” for his dream move to Real Madrid.

The article also claims that the prospect of linking up with Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid has only served to increase his desire to move to Spain.

Hazard – who joined the west London club from Lille back in 2012 – has been in top form for Chelsea FC this season and he has scored 16 goals and made 12 assists in 32 Premier League appearances for the Blues this term.

He will be expecting to start when the Blues return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon with a tricky trip to Anfield to take on table-toppers Liverpool FC.
