Ray Parlour is certain that Manchester United have what it takes to win the Premier League title during Louis van Gaal’s second season in charge at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils have already signed four new players this summer as they look to build on last season’s fourth-placed finish in the top flight.

Van Gaal has recruited Memphis Depay, Morgan Schneiderlin, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Matteo Darmian in recent weeks as he bids to transform his team into title contenders.
And former Arsenal midfielder Parlour believes that United are capable of wrestling the Premier League title away from Chelsea next season.
“Of course Manchester United are title contenders,” Parlour told The Sport Review, speaking on behalf of Carlsberg, the Official Beer of the Premier League.
“They’ve been there, done it and have got a manager who has been very successful wherever he’s gone.”
He continued: “You can never really say who is going to win it [the title] until the end of the transfer window, until everybody knows who’s got who.
“Manchester United might buy two more players, who knows? I expect a lot of business with those top four teams.”
