But let’s first kick this section off by taking a look at the good ingredients that Anarchy MuscleTech does contain.
• Caffeine Anhydrous – This is one of our top pre workout ingredients. The problem with lots of pre workout supplements these days is that they tend to overdo it on the stimulants, but Anarchy MuscleTech contains 160mg of Caffeine per scoop, which is a good solid amount without being too much.
• L-Theanine – We were really pleased to see this on the label. This is an amino acid extracted from tea leaves and has become popular with lots of fitness products in recent years. It’s often combined with Caffeine in the same supplement.
• L-Citrulline – A common ingredient and similar to Citrulline Malate. The only difference between the two substances is the addition of Malic Acid.
• Beta-Alanine – Another popular pre workout ingredient. Beta-Alanine is an amino acid found within skeletal muscle. It’s a fairly common pre workout ingredient, so it’s no real surprise to find it in Anarchy.
• Pomegranate – We’re not totally convinced about how efficient this ingredient is. We’ve obviously heard of the fruit, but there’s not much evidence to suggest that it could help in a pre workout.

Although Anarchy MuscleTech does contain some good ingredients, we can’t help but feel that there are quite a lot of things missing as well.
Firstly, there was no Creatine included. Most of you will know Creatine as a post workout supplement, however some top pre workout supplements also include it – and it’s a good addition to any pre workout supplement.
Some of our other favorite ingredients that were missing include Rhodiola Rosea, Beetroot extract and Coconut water.

These kinds of pre workout supplements are usually pretty safe, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t do some of your own research into the product before taking it for the first time.
The main thing we recommend checking, though, is the stimulant content. A lot of the pre workouts we reviewed tend to overdo it by adding too much caffeine or other similar stimulants.
Usually, we say that around 150mg of caffeine per serving in a pre workout should be just about the right amount to boost your energy levels without triggering any unwanted side effects.
Anarchy MuscleTech contains 160mg of caffeine per scoop, which is a decent amount.
If you work out in the evening, this pre workout is probably not for you, as the caffeine is likely to affect your natural sleep pattern.
Each tub of Anarchy MuscleTech contains 30 servings of 7g scoops.
The label says that you should mix one scoop with a glass of water around 20-30 minutes before starting your training session.
The time it takes of a pre workout to ‘kick in’ tends to vary depending on the person and a number of other factors, so we definitely recommend experimenting to see how long it takes for it to work for you.
We found lots of reviews of Anarchy MuscleTech online on sites such as Amazon.
It seems to have a mixed reaction from customers. At the time of writing this article, the product has 458 reviews on Amazon, and 50% of those are five stars.
Of those reviews, 25% of them are one star only.
There were a few complaints from people who claimed that the powder had developed into lumps in their tubs.
One person said it wasn’t the best tasting product by that they felt the effects within 15 minutes of taking it.
Someone else said it worked brilliantly for them although they found that it cakes frequently in the tub.
Not in our opinion. Although there are some positives about Anarchy MuscleTech, we couldn’t help but feel that there are definitely some better products on the market right now.
