So if you’re looking to find out whether P6 Chrome is a supplement worth trying or not, then you’re in the right place.
It’s hard not to take notice when Cellucor add another product to their popular P6 range, so we naturally wanted to find out a bit more about this supplement.
The official website claims that P6 Chrome will help to support your goals on your journey.
This all sounds pretty good to us, but we wanted to take a closer look at this product to see whether it can deliver on its claims or not.
The sole aim of this Cellucor P6 Chrome review is for us to take a detailed look at this product to see whether it will make it onto our list of the very best so-called ‘testosterone boosters’ on the market right now.
We’re going to take a careful look through the ingredients formula, the servings and the customer reviews to determine where this product stands.
So, let’s now get cracking and start taking a look at Cellucor P6 Chrome in a bit more detail.
As we’ve clearly already gathered, Cellucor P6 Chrome is a supplement that’s designed to help support you in achieving your goals.
The marketing material on the official Cellucor website says that this supplement will help you to “amplify” your results and get you feeling back on the top of your game.
It boasts about using five researched ingredients to help support you on your journey.
The website says that Cellucor P6 Chrome will work in a number of ways to help you achieve your goals.
It’s certainly a solid start from P6 Chrome as far as the marketing claims are concerned.
However, we’ve pretty much heard it all before when it comes to the manufacturer claims about health supplements, so we’ve learned to focus on things like the ingredients formula and customer reviews as the real indicators about how good a product really is.
So with the introductions out of the way, let’s now start taking a close look at the actual ingredients formula of Cellucor P6 Chrome to see what this supplement is really made of.
Let’s now look at the actual Cellucor P6 Chrome ingredients label to see what’s in this supplement.
As you can see for yourself, P6 Chrome just uses five ingredients to deliver its claimed effects.
Before we get on to the individual ingredients, we should point out a big negative point – that P6 Chrome uses a proprietary blend.
This means that we’re only told the total dose of the blend rather than the doses of the individual ingredients, and this makes it really tricky to judge the true effectiveness of a supplement.
We always recommend that you stay away from supplements that use proprietary blends, as there’s really no reason for a manufacturer not to disclose their ingredient doses to their customers.
Anyway, let’s now focus on the five main ingredients that Cellucor P6 Chrome does use (even though we don’t know their doses).
• KSM-66 Ashwagandha – This is a branded version of a herb extract called Ashwagandha, which is regularly used in traditional Indian medicine. It’s commonly found in some of the other supplements in this category, so we think that it’s a pretty good inclusion in the Cellucor P6 Chrome formula.
• Tribulus alatus fruit – This is a close relative of Tribulus Terrestris, which is a plant extract that’s popular in similar supplements. Many of the early supplements to hit the market used Tribulus Terrestris as an ingredient. However, we’re not really convinced about its use if we’re honest.
• Fenugreek – This is a popular ingredient in some of the other supplements in this category. Fenugreek is commonly used in cooking in certain dishes, and it’s found in some of the most popular similar supplements.
• Agaricus bisporus – Another name for button mushroom extract. Cellucor say that they’ve included this ingredient help with a number of things. However, we’re not totally convinced that it will be effective.
• 3-Diindolylmethane – Also known as DIM, this is a nutrient that’s found in large quantities in leafy green vegetables. It’s quite a common inclusion in similar supplements, but we tend to think that there are better options out there right now.
The Cellucor P6 Chrome has a couple of our favorite inclusions such as KSM-66 Ashwagandha and Fenugreek.
However, it’s also missing some of our favorite ingredients around at the moment.
The main omissions are:
• D-Aspartic Acid
• Magnesium and Zinc
• Black Pepper Extract
D-Aspartic Acid is our favorite ingredient for a product like this, and you’ll find it in a lot of the popular supplement.
Magnesium and Zinc are both important nutrients. In case you didn’t know, Zinc, in particular, contributes to the maintenance of normal serum testosterone concentrations.
Boron is another important nutrient, while we always like to see Black Pepper Extract used in supplements like this.

Generally speaking, the Cellucor P6 Chrome ingredients formula is a relatively safe one, so you shouldn’t have to worry too much about the prospect of suffering from any nasty side effects.
That being said, it’s far from ideal that Cellucor have chosen to mask the ingredients in a proprietary blend, as this means that we don’t know exactly how much of each substance is in each capsule.
We do also always recommend that you do some of your own research for yourself and take a look through the ingredients formula before taking any new supplement for the first time.
As always, we do also recommend speaking to your doctor before thinking about taking any new supplement for the first time.
Each bottle of Cellucor P6 Chrome contains 60 capsules, which is a month long supply.
The directions are simple – they say that you should take one serving (two capsules) daily with or without food.
There’s also a warning saying never to take more than two capsules per day.
Cellucor P6 Chrome had an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars on the official website, but that’s hardly a surprise.
There were more than 200 Cellucor P6 Chrome reviews on Amazon, and it had an average rating of 3.8 out of 5 stars on there.
One customer claimed that P6 Chrome is the only supplement they’ve ever taken and that it works quite well for them.
However, one more negative review came from someone who said that it did nothing for them and they called it a complete waste of money.
Not in our opinion. Cellucor P6 Chrome does contain a handful of decent ingredients and it’s made by a reputable company.
However, it falls short of our expectations because it uses a proprietary blend and is also missing some of our favorite ingredients such as D-Aspartic Acid and Magnesium and Zinc.

You should never expect miracles with this kind of supplement.
The most important things you can do to get yourself into top shape is to make sure that both your diet and training regime are on point.
Too many people take these kinds of products expecting them to make huge differences. They can make a big difference, but only if they are combined with the right lifestyle choices.
That being said, if you’re already training hard and eating right, then adding a high quality supplement to your daily routine can help to support you on your journey.
So, here we are at the end of our Cellucor P6 Chrome review.
Overall, this product fell quite a way short of our expectations.
It was a real shame that Cellucor decided to use a proprietary blend to mask the ingredient doses, and we were surprised that they omitted some of our favorite ingredients such as D-Aspartic Acid.
All in all, there are certainly a few much better products available to you right now if you’re looking for a quality supplement.
