As we are always looking for the latest supplements to hit the market, we were pleased to hear about Cellucor SuperHD Fire.

Cellucor are one of the most popular supplement brands around and so we were keen to find out more about their latest product.

We’ve already reviewed a lot of Cellucor’s supplements in the SuperHD range. Some of them are good, others not so.

SuperHD Fire stands out a little bit from the rest of the products in the range because it is actually two different supplements in one. But more on that later.

Let’s kick off our Cellucor SuperHD Fire review by starting with the basic facts you need to be aware of.

What does SuperHD Fire do?

Of course, you’ve probably already figured out that SuperHD Fire fits into the broader range of supplements commonly known as so-called ‘fat burners’.

These are products which contain a number of (usually natural) ingredients to help to support you on your journey.

SuperHD Fire is designed to do just that – to help you as you look to take responsibility for your results.

According to the marketing material on the official website, SuperHD Fire will work in a number of different ways to help you.

This is good news. The best supplements on the market work in multiple ways to help to support you as you take responsibility for your results.

As we mentioned above, SuperHD Fire differs from a lot of other similar supplements because it is essentially two separate products, one which you take in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

We’re now going to go more into detail about how this works in the all-important ingredients section.

What you need to know about the ingredients

Let’s start this section off by taking a close look at the ingredients label of SuperHD Fire.

Super HD Fire Ingredients

Because of the two separate supplements, we’re going to break this section into two parts – Morning and Afternoon.

The first disappointing thing that we’ve noticed about both of these supplements is that they use proprietary blends.

This is when the manufacturer has decided to mask the individual doses of the ingredients in an overall ‘blend’.

Generally we don’t like to see this because it means that we don’t actually know how much of each ingredient is included in the product – and this makes it really difficult to judge effectiveness.

MORNING DOSE (Igniter Blend)

• Caffeine Anhydrous – Caffeine is one of our top recommended ingredients because it’s a common ingredient in the top products in this category. It’s a great natural stimulant, the only problem here is that we don’t know the exact dose used because it’s in a proprietary blend. Not good for trying to assess the risk of side effects.

• Cayenne Pepper – This is another good inclusion. Cayenne is also one of our top recommended ingredients. You’ll find Cayenne in some form in most of the top products on this category on sale right now. Again, though, we don’t know the exact dose used.

• Sensoril – This is a branded version of Ashwagandha, a herb that is used regularly in Ayurveda, the traditional herbal system in India. It has found its way into a lot of the supplements out there right now. However, we don’t really recommend it as one of the top ingredients.

The afternoon dose also contains Cayenne and Caffeine once again as well as a couple of other ingredients.

• Dyglofit – This is a “clinically researched” ingredient which claims to help with certain things. We’re not too sure about it, however. We’ve not seen it in many supplements before, and don’t recommend it as one of the ingredients.

• Huperzine A – This is a substance purified from a plant called Chinese club moss. Cellucor say that they’ve included it in this supplement to help with certain things. We’re not totally convinced about this ingredient, as it doesn’t seem to help in our opinion.

What’s missing?

Although SuperHD Fire does contain a few good things, there are also quite a lot of our favorite ingredients missing.

For example, there was no Glucomannan. This is a dietary fiber which we often find in the leading products in this category.

There was also no Green Coffee Bean Extract, which is another popular ingredient.

We feel that SuperHD Fire could have benefitted by replacing some of the lesser-known ingredients with popular substances such as the ones above.

Are there any side effects?

Most supplements in this category are pretty safe but there are still a few things to look out for.

The main issue we’ve found with the supplements we’ve reviewed is the over-use of stimulants such as Caffeine.

In reasonable doses, Caffeine is a great ingredient, but too much of it can bring about nasty side effects such as the Jitters and energy crashes.

The big problem with SuperHD Fire is that because the Caffeine is included in a proprietary blend, we don’t know exactly how much is in each dose. And that is not good.

The top rated supplements always show you exactly how much of each ingredient is used so you’ll know whether they are safe or not.

Aside from the Caffeine, we always recommend doing a little bit of your own research into the ingredients used to find out more about them and if they have caused problems for some people.

We also always recommend speaking to your doctor before thinking about taking any new supplement for the first time.

How to take SuperHD Fire

Each bottle of SuperHD Fire contains a four-week supply.

As we mentioned above, this supplement is rather unique in the sense that he has two different capsules for you to take in the morning and the afternoon.

The directions label says that you should take your morning serving of one red capsule) with a glass of water in the early to middle of the morning.

Than, you are told to take your afternoon serving of one orange capsule with water around 4-6 hours after the morning serving.

There is a warning saying not top take this product within six hours of bedtime.

Generally, these instructions seem a little bit complicated. We prefer supplements with simple instructions and regular doses.

The best supplements tend to require you to take them three or four times during the day, because that means that your body is constantly being supplied with the ingredients in the capsules.

What are customers saying?

There were quite a few positive reviews of SuperHD Fire on the official Cellucor website, but it’s not clear whether they moderate or edit these.

So we had a look on Amazon, and the product had an average rating of 3 out of 5 stars.

One verified customer said that the stimulant content was too strong for them and rated it three out of five.

Someone else simply claimed that it just didn’t really work for them, but there were also quite a few positive reviews.

Is this the best supplement?

Not in our humble opinion. The fact that SuperHD Fire is missing lots of the top ingredients and uses a proprietary blend means that we don’t recommend it as one of the best products on sale at the moment.

Anything else to consider?

Remember that you should always make sure that you’ve got your diet and exercise regime on point before trying any supplements.

It’s also important to remember that getting into shape takes time, patience and perseverance.

If you’re looking for the best supplements, make sure you choose one that doesn’t use a proprietary blend. That way you’ll know exactly what’s in it.

A supplement can help to support you on your journey if combined with the right lifestyle choices.

Review conclusion – our final thoughts

That wraps up our SuperHD Fire review.

Overall, we think this is a below-par product from Cellucor, because it uses a proprietary blend and it has omitted so many of our favorite ingredients.

There are many better alternatives to this product on the market right now in our opinion.
