This is an interesting product because it’s been specifically designed to help you with certain things that other supplements don’t.
Cellucor is one of the biggest names in the industry and we’re always keen to hear about their latest supplements, so let’s take a detailed look at SuperHD Water.
As we always like to remind you though, these types of supplements have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.
They are products designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.
The website says that it’s been specifically formulated to help you with a “clinically proven drying formula”.
SuperHD Water is claimed to help you on your journey as you look to achieve your physique goals.
It seems a bit strange to us that they recommend on the label to use the product eight weeks for the best results.
SuperHD Water also contains some ingredients to help with other things, and it seems to be a fairly popular product, judging from what we’ve seen online.
Let’s start by taking a close look at the actual ingredients label.
The first thing we noticed here is that SuperHD Water uses something called a proprietary blend. This is when a manufacturer puts ingredients within an overall ‘blend’.
This isn’t good, because it means that we don’t know the individual doses of the ingredients, making it difficult to judge effectiveness.
Here are the main good ingredients in SuperHD Water.
• Horsetail – Now before you ask us, this is not anything to do with horses or their tails. It’s a plant which Cellucor say that they’ve included for their own reasons. We’re going to level with you – we had not heard of this supplement ingredient before, so we had to do some of our own research into it, but we did not find out too much about it. All in all, we’re not too convinced about its inclusion in this product.
• Green Tea Extract – You’ve no doubt already heard of this ingredient and seen it in plenty of supplements before. It’s one of our favorite ingredients for a product of this type, so we were pleased to find it in the Super HD Water formula.
• Juniper Berry Extract – This isn’t an ingredient we’ve come across too often in the supplements we’ve tried. Cellucor say that they’ve included it in SuperHD fire before it is able to help with certain things. However, we’re not totally convinced by its inclusion and we haven’t seen it used too many times before.
• Crataegus Pinnatifida Berry Extract – Another ingredient that we had to do a little bit of our own research on. It can supposedly help with a number of things, but we must say that we would have preferred to have seen a more proven ingredient used in its place.
There are certainly some interesting ingredients in SuperHD Water.
This product contains some good stuff, but in our opinion it’s lacking too many of our favorite ingredients.
Firstly, there was no Cayenne Pepper. We love this ingredient and you’ll usually find it in the top products in this category.
It was also a shame that there was no Glucomannan on the label. This is a dietary fiber which comes from the root of the Konjac plant and is regularly found in similar supplements.

Usually, the main red flag when it comes to supplements like this is the over-use of stimulants. SuperHD Water doesn’t use any, so that’s not a problem.
The one thing to be wary of is Juniper Berries. We recommend speaking to your doctor before taking this supplement for the first time.
There’s also a warning on the label saying not to take this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying for a baby. We recommend sticking to this advice and always consult a medical professional if in doubt.
Each bottle of SuperHD Water contains 42 capsules. That’s a two-week supply if you stick to the recommended dose.
The directions say that you should take one morning (red) capsule with some water in the early to middle of the morning.
You should then take the afternoon (orange) capsule between four and six hours later.
There is a warning saying not to take this product within six hours of bedtime, presumably because of the Caffeine in the Green Tea Extract.
Because this is quite a new product, there were not very many reviews of it online at the time of writing this article.
On the official website, there were three five-star reviews, but it’s not clear whether Cellucor censor their reviews or not.
One customer said that they were pleased with the results and they plan on using it in the future.
Someone else who left an 8/10 review on bodybuilding.com said that he wasn’t sure whether this was the product for him or not.
Not in our opinion. While SuperHD Water might be good for certain things, but we feel that it’s missing too many of our favorite ingredients for a product like this.
It also missed a trick by not including something such as Glucomannan, which is one of our favorite ingredients.

We always like to remind our readers that there is no such thing as a miracle supplement when it comes to achieving your body goals.
You should always make sure that you’re training hard and eating right before trying any kind of supplement.
That being said, if you’re already training hard and eating right, using a quality supplement can definitely help to support you on your journey.
That wraps up our review of SuperHD Water by Cellucor.
This may be an OK product, but it is missing too many of our favorite ingredients for a supplement in this category right now. It was a shame that so many of our favorite substances didn’t make it into the formula.
We would prefer to use a supplement with a number of more proven and commonly used ingredient to help support you on your journey.
