There are so many different supplements on the market these days that it can quickly become very difficult to pick the one that’s right for you.
Eat The Bear have recently updated their formula for NaturaLean to help it be a more efficient tool to help you on your journey.
We’ve seen a few of Eat The Bear’s products around on some of the leading retail sites and we’ve been fairly impressed by some of their products, so we have high hopes for NaturaLean.
Our Eat The Bear NaturaLean review is going to focus on the key points about this supplement, including the ingredients, side effects and customer reviews.
Throughout the review, we’re going to pit this particular product against our pick of the best supplements on the market right now.
So, let’s get cracking and start taking a close look at Eat The Bear NaturaLean.
NaturaLean is marketed as a supplement designed to help you on your journey towards getting lean.
According to the label, NaturaLean has been designed to work in three main ways to help you achieve your goals.
This all sounds very good to us. Hitting your goals is no easy feat, so the best products on the market usually try and help you by adopting a triple-strategy approach.
From our experience, the leading fat burners work to help you lose weight in these three ways, so it was great to see NaturaLean be designed with multi-action fat attack in mind.
Whether NaturaLean actually lives up to the marketing hype is a whole different question, however. It’s one thing to make the claims, and a whole different thing to actually deliver.
So let’s take a close look at the ingredients used by NaturaLean to see if it’s a product worth trying or not.
Let’s kick this section off by taking a close look at the ingredients label.
The first thing we need to give Eat The Bear credit for is being transparent in their ingredients. They don’t use a proprietary blend meaning that we know exactly what’s in this product and at the exact correct doses.
Let’s take a close look at the main ingredients used in NaturaLean:
• Caffeine Anhydrous – This is one of our top rated ingredients because it’s a golden oldie when it comes to helping you on your journey. Anhydrous is also one of the purest forms of Caffeine around. It was a great addition to the NaturaLean formula.
• Green Tea Extract – Another great ingredient. Green Tea seems to be everywhere these days but it’s particularly useful in a supplement of this type. You’ll commonly find it in the leading products in this category, and it’s also a popular hot drink of course.
• Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract) – This is another good ingredient. It can help to make for a more effective product overall and is usually found in the top products in this category.
• L-Carnitine – This is an ingredient which we haven’t found too often in this kind of supplement. It’s not a bad inclusion as such, but we’re more used to seeing it in the best pre workout supplements.
• Theacrine – This is another stimulant. We’re not so sure about its use along with Caffeine, as we feel that the dose of Caffeine Anhydrous in each serving should be enough really. That being said, NaturaLean only uses 25mg per serving.
• Yohimbe Bark Extract – We’ve found this ingredient included in a lot of supplements we’ve reviewed recently, but we’re not its biggest fan, mainly because it’s thought to cause some side-effects in some people. We’d prefer not to take a supplement which uses Yohimbe Bark Extract.
Those are the main ingredients in NaturaLean. There are also some others as shown on the label, but these are the main ones that got our attention.
NaturaLean does use a few good ingredients but there are definitely some big things missing in our opinion.
Firstly, we were surprised not to find any Cayenne Pepper on the label. This is one of the best ingredients and most of the products in this category have at least some Cayenne in them.
We were also very surprised that NaturaLean doesn’t seem to use any Glucomannan. It’s a dietary fiber which comes from the root of the Konjac plant. The best supplements in this category usually include Glucomannan.

Most modern-day fitness supplements are pretty safe, but there are always a few things to be wary of.
The main ingredient we’re wary of here is Yohimbe Bark Extract, as we mentioned above. We’re not big fans of it – we recommend that you do your own research and speak to a doctor before taking it.
Each three-capsule serving of NaturaLean contains 250mg of Caffeine, plus the 25mg of Theacrine. That should be a reasonable amount not to bring about any unwanted side effects.
That said, we do always recommend speaking to your doctor first before taking any supplement.
The directions say that you should start off with 1-2 capsules in the morning with breakfast.
Then, it says that advanced users may take an additional capsule if needed.
Generally, we prefer supplements which require you to take a small dose more regularly throughout the day, as it means that it’s going to give your body the ingredients more consistently.
As we always say when it comes to supplements that contain Caffeine, you shouldn’t be taking it too close to bedtime, as it could affect your sleep.
We found a handful of NaturaLean reviews on the official website, although it’s not clear whether they censor or edit what appears on here. We’ll give them the benefit of the doubt in this case.
One person said that they had been taking NaturaLean for three months and reported excellent results.
Someone else was particularly pleased about the fact that it uses clean ingredients and the doses are clearly stated.
However, one person said that they hadn’t really seen any noticeable results after a few weeks of using the product for the first time.
Not in our opinion. NaturaLean does use some good ingredients, but it’s let down by the fact that it is missing some of the top ingredients in our eyes, such as Cayenne Pepper, Glucomannan and Green Coffee Bean Extract.

As we always like to remind our readers, there is no such thing as a magic pill when it comes to your body.
The first two things you should always do is to make sure that you are exercising regularly and eating the right things.
You should also make sure that you’re getting plenty of quality rest before trying a supplement.
That being said, if you’re already eating right and training hard, then choosing a quality supplement can help to support you on your journey.
So, that wraps up our Eat The Bear NaturaLean review.
Overall, we think this is an OK supplement that contains a few decent ingredients. However, we feel that it’s let down by the fact that it doesn’t use some quality ingredients.
