There are so many different supplements on the market these days that it can quickly become very difficult to pick the one that’s right for you.
Eat The Bear have recently updated their formula for NaturaLean to help it be a more efficient tool to help you lose weight.
We’ve seen a few of Eat The Bear’s products around on some of the leading retail sites and we’ve been fairly impressed by some of their products, so we have high hopes for NaturaLean.
Our Eat The Bear NaturaLean review is going to focus on the key points about this supplement, including the ingredients, side effects and customer reviews.
Throughout the review, we’re going to pit this particular product against our pick of the best fat burner supplements on the market right now.
So, let’s get cracking and start taking a close look at Eat The Bear NaturaLean.
NaturaLean is marketed as a fat burner supplement designed to help you on your journey towards getting lean.
According to the label, NaturaLean has been designed to:
• Promote fat loss
• Boost energy levels
• Control appetite
This all sounds very good to us. Burning fat is no easy feat, so the best products on the market usually try and help you to get lean by adopting a triple-strategy approach.
From our experience, the leading fat burners work to help you lose weight in these three ways, so it was great to see NaturaLean be designed with multi-action fat attack in mind.
Whether NaturaLean actually lives up to the marketing hype is a whole different question, however. It’s one thing to make the claims, and a whole different thing to actually deliver.
So let’s take a close look at the ingredients used by NaturaLean to see if it’s a product worth trying or not.
Let’s kick this section off by taking a close look at the ingredients label.
The first thing we need to give Eat The Bear credit for is being transparent in their ingredients. They don’t use a proprietary blend meaning that we know exactly what’s in this product and at the exact correct doses.
Let’s take a close look at the main ingredients used in NaturaLean:
• Caffeine Anhydrous – This is one of our top rated fat burner ingredients because it’s a golden oldie when it comes to helping to boost energy levels. Anhydrous is also one of the purest forms of Caffeine around.
• Green Tea Extract – Another great ingredient. Green Tea seems to be everywhere these days but it’s particularly useful in a fat burner supplement because it has proven Thermogenic qualities and also can boost energy levels a little.
• Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract) – This is another good ingredient. Although it doesn’t help directly with fat burner, Black Pepper Extract has been shown to increase the absorption of the other ingredients in the supplement, meaning it will likely be more effective.
• L-Carnitine – This is an ingredient which can help to reduce muscular fatigue. It’s not a bad inclusion as such, but we’re more used to seeing it in pre workout supplements.
• Theacrine – This is another stimulant shown to be able to increase energy levels. We’re not so sure about its use along with Caffeine, as we feel that the dose of Caffeine Anhydrous in each serving should be enough to boost energy levels. That being said, NaturaLean only uses 25mg per serving.
• Yohimbe Bark Extract – We’ve found this ingredient included in a lot of fat burner supplements we’ve reviewed recently, but we’re not its biggest fan, mainly because it’s thought to cause some nasty side-effects in some people. We’d prefer not to take a supplement which uses Yohimbe Bark Extract.
Those are the main ingredients in NaturaLean. There are also some others as shown on the label, but these are the main ones that got our attention.
NaturaLean does use a few good ingredients but there are definitely some big things missing in our opinion.
Firstly, we were surprised not to find any Cayenne Pepper on the label. This is one of the best fat burner ingredients because it can help to burn more fat through thermogenesis and it also works powerfully to suppress appetite.
We were also very surprised that NaturaLean doesn’t seem to use any specific ingredients to help with appetite suppressing, despite claiming it on the label.
Our favorite natural ingredient to suppress appetite is Glucomannan. It’s a dietary fiber which swells in your stomach to help keep you feeling fuller for longer and make sticking to your diet easier. The best fat burner supplements usually include Glucomannan.

Most modern-day fat burner supplements are pretty safe, but there are always a few things to be wary of.
The main ingredient we’re wary of here is Yohimbe Bark Extract, as we mentioned above. Many people have reported problems with it, ranging from nausea to high blood pressure.
Each three-capsule serving of NaturaLean contains 250mg of Caffeine, plus the 25mg of Thearine. That should be a reasonable amount not to bring about any unwanted side effects such as energy crashes or the jitters.
The directions say that you should start off with 1-2 capsules in the morning with breakfast.
Then, it says that advanced users may take an additional capsule if needed.
Generally, we prefer fat burners which require you to take a small dose more regularly throughout the day, as it means that it’s likely to give your body the fuel it needs to burn more fat more consistently.
As we always say when it comes to fat burners that contain Caffeine, you shouldn’t be taking it too close to bedtime, as it could affect your sleep.
We found a handful of NaturaLean reviews on the official website, although it’s not clear whether they censor or edit what appears on here. We’ll give them the benefit of the doubt in this case.
One person said that they had been taking NaturaLean for three month and reported excellent results.
Someone else was particularly pleased about the fact that it uses clean ingredients and the doses are clearly stated.
However, one person said that they hadn’t really seen any noticeable results after a few weeks of using the product for the first time.
Not in our opinion. NaturaLean does use some good ingredients, but it’s let down by the fact that it is missing some of the top fat burner ingredients such as Cayenne Pepper, Glucomannan and Green Coffee Bean Extract.

As we always like to remind our readers, there is no such thing as a magic pill when it comes to getting lean and losing fat.
The first two things you should always do is to make sure that you are exercising regularly and eating the right things.
You should also make sure that you’re getting plenty of quality rest before trying a fat burner supplement.
That being said, if you’re already eating right and training hard, then choosing a quality fat burner supplement can make a big difference to your results.
So, that wraps up our Eat The Bear NaturaLean review.
Overall, we think this is an OK supplement that contains a few decent ingredients. However, we feel that it’s let down by the fact that it doesn’t use some quality fat burner ingredients.
