Firstly, it was disappointing not to find any Glucomannan on the label. This is a powerful natural dietary fiber which can help you feel fuller for longer, making it easier for you to stick to your diet.

It was also a shame not to find any Green Coffee Bean Extract in this supplement. This is a key ingredient in both of our top recommended fat burners on the market right now.

There were also a couple of our other favorite fat burner ingredients missing from this supplement, including Chromium and Black Pepper Extract, which can improve the absorption of other ingredients.

Are there any side effects?

The biggest problem we’ve found in this supplement category is the overuse of stimulants such as Caffeine.

Fit Affinity Lean Fat Burner uses 130mg of Caffeine per two capsule serving. This is a sensible dose which is not likely to cause problems such as energy crashes or the jitters.

That being said, we’d definitely not recommend taking this product too close to bedtime as the Caffeine could well interfere with your sleep.

As we alluded to above, there are also reports of problems when Bitter Orange is combined in a supplement with Caffeine. It’s worth reading up more about this before you try this product.
