Weight loss

When you eat more fruit and vegetables, you will feel fuller for longer as opposed to following a refined processed diet. This will help stave off hunger whilst consuming lower calories.

Environmental

Eating a plant-food diet will also help the planet! Cattle farming has been shown to destroy the environment via methane emissions and deforestation, therefore adopting a plant-based diet will put much less stress on the planet.

Economical

There is a myth around that eating healthy food is expensive but it is not entirely true. Compared to meat and other animal products, fruits, veg, legumes and grains are pound for pound much cheaper.

Health

There’s a whole wealth of evidence which shows a plant-based diet improves our health markers significantly. These include but are not limited to: reduction in cancer rates, heart disease, diabetes and so on.

Skin

Plant-based diets have been shown in studies to improve the condition of the skin due to the high amount of vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals found in food stuffs such as fruit and veg.
