From time-to-time, Reebok Sports Club organise a live DJ for Fight Klub. This injects further adrenalin into the class, which is hardly needed with instructor Tanya Camilleri driving the best out of each participant. The fist-pumping tunes complement the exercises and you won’t notice the time fly.
If you’re doing Fight Klub, it is probably because you have an interest in combat sports or want to develop one. This is the perfect class to ease you into the punches, the jabs and the hooks in a class environment. You work with the Fight Klub punchbags with clear and concise instructions from the instructor.
It isn’t all about boxing, though. While there is a lot of work with the punch bag, you also have the opportunity to work on your core, too. Whether it is sit ups, press ups or leg raises, you’ll soon feel the burn in your stomach.
You’ll work up a sweat! The Fight Klub classes last between 45-60 minutes. Plenty of time to burn some fat. When The Sport Review attended a 45-minute live DJ class armed with a fitness watch, 600 calories were burnt. That’s an impressive nine calories a minute!
Reebok Sports Club group exercise manager Tanya brings an energetic vibe to the class that’ll will prevent participants from throwing in the towel. Her positive but demanding attitude encourages everyone to complete the proverbial 12 rounds.
