If you’re coming to Reebok Sports Club, I have a special way of teaching. You’ll interact with the others in the class and I’ll keep everybody motivated throughout the 45-minute workout. I like to be motivated so I like everyone in the class to be motivated, too.
If you’re worried about coping with the intensity of the Insanity Workout, you don’t need to be because you have two options. There is always a simplifier, which will take out the jumps or something along those lines. I’ll never let anyone give up. Just feel ready and go, and everyone is in it together.
You’ve got to throw yourself in the deep end and you shouldn’t be scared. Everyone is in the same boat. You get out of it what you put in.
You will definitely come back for more Insanity Workouts at Reebok Sports Club. I promise you!
It is getting to that time of the year when thoughts turn to the summer holiday in the sun. You can trim up in time for your summer holidays thanks to the Insanity Workout and keep it up once you’ve returned from the sun.
