1) The teacher

If you’re coming to Reebok Sports Club, I have a special way of teaching. You’ll interact with the others in the class and I’ll keep everybody motivated throughout the 45-minute workout. I like to be motivated so I like everyone in the class to be motivated, too.

2) Two options

If you’re worried about coping with the intensity of the Insanity Workout, you don’t need to be because you have two options. There is always a simplifier, which will take out the jumps or something along those lines. I’ll never let anyone give up. Just feel ready and go, and everyone is in it together.

3) Throw yourself in the deep end

You’ve got to throw yourself in the deep end and you shouldn’t be scared. Everyone is in the same boat. You get out of it what you put in.

4) You’ll become addicted

5) Summer body
