Five Reebok Sports Club classes that will get you in shape for music festival season

1) Insanity

Prepare to push yourself to the limit, Insanity is one of the most unforgiving but rewarding classes at Reebok Sports Club. The cardio-based class is based on ‘max interval training’, with 45 minutes of bodyweight exercises that can help you burn up to 1,000 calories. A couple of Insanity classes, and you’ll become more trim.

2) Flatpack

Unlike Insanity, Flatpack is, as the name suggests, all about your core. If you fancy emulating your sporting idols with you own six pack (and we don’t mean the one under your arm) then Flatpack is the class for you. It is an intense 30-minute workout without any breaks, but after a couple of classes, you’ll really notice your core’s improved strength.

3) Fight Klub

Fancy a different type of workout? Fight Klub is a mix between boxing, kick-boxing and high-intensity interval training over 45 minutes (or an hour). Reebok Sports Club also provide a live DJ to get you in the right vibe. Don’t forget to bring your boxing gloves!

4) Reebok Reps

Are you intimidated by busy weight rooms? Unsure what exercises are best for arms, chest, legs and shoulders? Reebok Reps is the perfect class to give your key muscle groups a workout all in one session. The class focuses on light/medium weights with high repetition and lasts 45 minutes, or if you’re really hardcore, you can try the hour-long class.

5) Metabolic Training

Based on metabolic conditioning principles and using cross training methods at high intensity, this is class is like a mix between Insanity and Reebok Reps. It involves mobility and activation exercises which will include jumping, throwing, twisting and sprinting. Metabolic Training will have you lean and powerful in time for the end of the summer.
