It’s marketed as a fat burner supplement designed to help you lose weight and achieved your body goals more easily.

The Full-Time Fat Burner is marketed at both men and women to help speed up the fat loss process.

It’s good that the Full-Time Burner has been formulated to work in multiple ways to attack the fat.

Generally speaking, the best fat burning supplements work by adopting a multi-action approach to losing weight as this will greatly increase your chances of success.

Whether this product lives up to the hype or not remains to be seen, however. Let’s take a close look at the ingredients to find out.

What you need to know about the ingredients

Let’s begin by taking a look at the full ingredients label of the Full-Time Fat Burner.

Full-Time Fat Burner

The first disappointing thing we noticed right away is that this product uses a proprietary blend. This is never good news.

Basically, a proprietary blend is where the manufacturer of a supplement chooses to hide the individual doses of the ingredients within an overall ‘blend’. This makes it really difficult to judge the effectiveness of a supplement because we don’t know the doses of the ingredients.

Let’s now take a look at the ingredients in the Full-Time Fat Burner.

• Gurana – This is a stimulant that’s quite a common ingredient in fat burners. It works in much the same way as Caffeine to boost energy levels, but we’d still prefer to see Caffeine Anhydrous used here.

• Yohimbe Bark Extract – A chemical derived from the bark of the Pausinystalia yohimbe tree in Central Africa. It is thought that it can help to suppress appetite, but we don’t recommend it as one of the top fat burner ingredients around.

• Green Tea Extract – This is a strong inclusion for any fat burner. Green Tea Extract is packed full of antioxidants but it’s also a potent thermogenic which can help to stimulate fat burning by boosting your metabolism.

• Cinnamon – There is some research to suggest that Cinnamon may help fat cells burn lipids. However, we still don’t recommend it as one of the very best fat burners around.

• Galangal – Galangal is a member of the ginger family and is native to Indonesia. It’s thought that it can help to promote digestion and stimulate appetite.

• Niacin – This is Vitamin B3. We always like to see B Vitamins used in fat burner supplements as they are very important for overall health. B3 in particular can help to improve cholesterol levels.

• Guggulsterones E & Z – Guggulsterones are a phytosteroid found in the resin of the guggul plant. They may increase the production of thyroid hormones and are sometimes used in fat burners because of this. However, we don’t recommend them as one of the top fat burner ingredients.

• Naringin – Naringin is what gives Grapefruits their bitter taste. Again, it’s been linked with helping with fat burning, but we have not found this ingredient in many fat burners before.

• Bee Pollen – Bee Pollen is a superfood which is famous for containing almost all of the nutrients required by the human body to thrive. It’s also been linked with helping with weight loss, which is a nice side-note.

• Royal Jelly – Royal jelly is a honey bee secretion that is used in the nutrition of larvae. It’s believed to help boost the immune system amongst other things, although we’ve never seen it in a fat burner before.

• Ginseng This is another immune system boosting ingredient. It’s not one of our top fat burning ingredients either.

What’s missing?

Full-Time Fat Burner doesn’t include a lot of our top-rated ingredients. Here are the main ones that are missing, in our opinion:

• Cayenne Pepper
• Glucomannan
• Green Coffee Bean Extract
• Caffeine Anhydrous

You could argue that Full-Time Fat Burner doesn’t need any Caffeine as it uses Guarana as its stimulant, but we prefer Caffeine Anhydrous because it’s one of the purest forms.

It was really disappointing not to find any Cayenne Pepper in this supplement, as it’s a powerful thermogenic ingredient which also works to suppress appetite at the same time.

It was also a shame not to find any Glucomannan in Full-Time Fat Burner. This is a natural dietary fiber which swells in your stomach to help keep you feeling fuller for longer and make sticking to your diet easier.

Are there any side effects?

The main thing to be worried about when it comes to fat burner supplements is the overuse of stimulants.

In this case, Full-Time Fat Burner only uses Guarana as its main stimulant. The problem here, though, is that it’s included in the proprietary blend, so we don’t know how much is in each serving.

Yohimbe is another ingredient which has been known to cause side effects in some people, so it’s worth being aware of that.

We always recommend that you do your own research into each of the ingredients before trying a new supplement for the first time.

How to take Full-Time Fat Burner

Each bottle of Full-Time Fat Burner contains 90 capsules, which is a month-long supply.

The directions say that you should take a capsule with each of your three meals every day.

The best fat burner supplements generally have three to four servings per day, to make sure that your body is getting the fuel it needs to burn more fat consistency.

What are customers saying?

There were only five Full-Time Fat Burner reviews on Amazon at the time of publishing. It had an average rating of 3.0 out of 5 stars.

One happy customer said that they had noticed a big energy increase after having taken them for only four days.
