G7 is a supplement made by Musclejet. The makers claim it’s the one of the most cutting edge supplements in the industry.
Here, we’re going to review G7. We’ll look at the ingredient profile as well as customer reviews to see how it compares to its competitors.
Once we’ve done that, we’ll let you know whether G7 is a product worth trying, or whether there are some better options available.
Now, let’s get down to business and see what all the fuss is about when it comes to this product by kicking off our G7 Thermogenic review.
As we’re sure you’ve already realised, G7 fits into a category of supplements commonly known as so-called ‘fat burners’.
Before we get going, it’s important to realise that most of the supplements in this category, including all of the ones featured on this page, have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.
They are supplements designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.
G7 claims to include some good ingredients. So let’s see if this product does indeed live up to its billing.
The first thing to be aware of when it comes to G7 is that it includes a proprietary blend.
This is where the exact amounts of certain ingredients are kept off the label. We don’t generally like this, because it can be difficult to tell what it is you’re actually getting for your money.
When it comes to the formula, the G7 does include a number of ingredients, some of them are OK, some of them we’re not as keen on.
Let’s take a look at all of them in more detail.
• Caffeine Anhydrous – As you’ll probably know, Caffeine is a common ingredient for supplements of this type. The only issue with G7 is that it doesn’t disclose the exact amount of Caffeine it uses on the label, making it a slightly riskier choice if you’re sensitive to stimulants.
• African Mango – African Mango certainly seems more common in supplements these days. There are various claims about its potential benefits online, but we’re not too keen on it as an ingredient.
• Turmeric – Turmeric is one of our favorite ingredients and under-used in supplements like this in our opinion. It was good to find it in the formula.
• 5 HTP – We were rather surprised to see this ingredient in this supplement. 5-HTP is often sold as a product on its own, but we haven’t found it in too many of the similar products out there right now. We’re a tad confused by its inclusion in this product.
• Cayenne Pepper – A solid ingredient that usually makes it into the leading supplements in this category. It’s just a shame that the dose is hidden in a proprietary blend.

Although G7 does contain some good ingredients, there are a few too many things missing for our liking, this means that we don’t rate it as one of the best products in this category right now.
We’ve recently updated our guide to our pick of the best products in this category, click the link below to check it out.
In terms of what’s missing:
Firstly, it was a real shame not to see Green Tea Extract in the formula.
We were also disappointed not to see Glucomannan on the label. It’s a dietary fiber which comes from the root of the Konjac plant and is commonly used in supplements like this.
G7 also fails to include minerals like Chromium or Zinc. Both of these ingredients are usually added to supplements of this type.
Most modern supplements are generally safe, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be careful when picking a product.
However, it’s always a good idea to check the label and make sure you’re not allergic to anything.
G7 by Musclejet does include caffeine and unfortunately because it’s a proprietary blend we can’t tell exactly how much.
As a word of warning, we’d recommend being more cautious when taking products that don’t list the exact dose of each ingredient clearly on the label.
As always, we do also recommend speaking to your doctor before thinking about taking any new supplement for the first time.
Each bottle of G7 by Musclejet includes 60 capsules.
We couldn’t find any specific serving instructions for this on the Amazon listing, which isn’t ideal.
Assuming you were to take one capsule a day, then one bottle would last you a couple of months.
We read a number of reviews for G7 after taking a look online.
One user said that the product helped them on their journey towards reaching their goals.
Someone else said that it gave them a great boost of energy without giving them jitters. Another said it was great, although they recommended taking two capsules a day rather than one.
We did also come across some negative reviews for this product with one customer saying it was a waste of time.
Another customer said that the product left them dehydrated and suffering from muscle cramps.
Whilst G7 does include some decent ingredients it doesn’t make our top five list of best products around at the moment.
We just weren’t convinced by the ingredient list as a whole, and the fact that this supplement is a proprietary blend also gave us cause for concern.
When picking out a supplement it’s important to remember that none of them will be effective unless you’re training hard and eating right.
You’ll need to push on with your healthy eating and training sessions to see results.
However, that being said, a quality supplement can help to support you on your journey as you look to achieve your goals.
So that’s that, our review for G7 by Musclejet.
Here are our conclusions about the product in a nutshell:
• Includes Caffeine and Green Coffee Extract
• Reputable brand
• Missing Green Tea Extract as well as Glucomannan
• Proprietary blend hides the exact doses
That brings to an end our review of G7 by Musclejet. We’ve reviewed the ingredients to see where this product stands when it comes to similar products on the market. We’ve also had a good look at customer testimonials.
All in all, we feel that this is an OK product, but the lack of certain ingredients as well as the proprietary blend mean we can’t classify it as one of the very best ones on the market right now.
