Instant Knockout vs Lean Mode – if you’re considering this question, then you’re probably trying to decide which of the two supplements is best.

Luckily for you, we’ve done all of the hard work for you, by taking a close look at the ingredients and checking out the customer reviews to decide which is our favorite product.

Supplements can help to support you on your journey when combined with regular exercise and a good nutrition plan.

The problem these days is that there are some many different products out there, it can be difficult to know which one to choose.

In this comparison article, we’re going to focus on the most important factors to consider when choosing a supplement in this category.

We’re going to compare the two products in the following five categories:

• Company reputation and product background
• The servings
• The ingredients and dosages
• Side effects
• Price

Using all of this information, we’re then going to pick our favorite supplement out of the two.

So, let’s get right down to business and start comparing Instant Knockout with Lean Mode.

1) Company reputation and product background

Instant Knockout summary:

• Made by specialist company Roar Ambition
• Designed to support your goals
• Uses Green Tea, Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan
• Contains Caffeine
• Used by MMA fighters and pro boxers
• Sold directly to consumers from official website

Lean Mode summary:

• Made by Evlution Nutrition
• Stimulant free
• Designed to support your goals

As you’ve no doubt already worked out, both Instant Knockout and Lean Mode are supplements generally referred to as ‘fat burners’.

What makes Lean Mode slightly different from most of the other options on the market at the moment is the fact that it doesn’t contain any stimulants.

Presumably, the idea behind this is so that users do not experience any side effects from things such as caffeine.

However, we’re not convinced about this approach. Caffeine, in sensible quantities, is a useful ingredient and you’ll find it in lots of sports supplements and commercially available energy drinks.

For that reason, we’re going to give this round to Instant Knockout, as we simply feel that it has a more solid approach.

We also found lots of positive reviews of Instant Knockout online. It was a product first designed for MMA fighters and professional boxers.

Instant Knockout wins round one

Instant Knockout: 1 | Lean Mode: 0

2) The servings

One clue to look for when selecting a supplement comes in the serving sizes and frequencies.

Generally, it’s better to have regular supply of the ingredients at optimal doses to get the most of the product.

We found that a lot of the not-so-good products out there do not include regular-enough servings, and worse still, provide inadequate doses of the individual ingredients.

Lean Mode is slightly different to Instant Knockout because it is available in powder form as well as in capsules. For ease of comparison, we’re going to focus on the capsule version in this article.

Each bottle of Instant Knockout contains 120 capsules, which is one month’s supply of four per day.

Each bottle of Lean Mode contains 30, 90 or 150 capsules.

The instructions on the Lean Mode bottle say that you should take one serving of three capsules one or two times per day.

We’re a bit confused by this because that’s quite a difference (six to three capsules) and it makes us question whether three capsules is enough to be effective.

So we’re going to give this round to Instant Knockout, which keeps it simple with four servings of one capsule per day.

Instant Knockout wins round two

Instant Knockout: 2 | Lean Mode: 0

3) The ingredients and dosages

This is clearly the most important section when it comes to truly assessing whether a product is worth your money or not.

Here is a comparison of the ingredients in both Instant Knockout and Lean Mode:

ingredients

The ingredients will play the biggest role in determining whether a product will actually work and give you the results you want.

We also noticed with many products on sale these days is that although they contain good ingredients, the dosages of each substance is way below what it should be, meaning it’s unlikely to be effective.

Instant Knockout’s top ingredients:

• Caffeine Anhydrous
• Green Tea Extract
• Cayenne Powder
• Green Coffee Bean Extract
• Glucomannan
• Chromium
• Black Pepper Extract

Lean Mode’s top ingredients:

• Green Coffee Bean Extract
• Chromium

As you can see from the comparison above, Instant Knockout contains a lot more of our favorite ingredients than Lean Mode.

Even though it’s a stimulant free product, we were surprised to see that Lean Mode doesn’t contain Cayenne Pepper or Glucomannan, as these are two of our favorite ingredients and neither of them are stimulants.

What’s more surprising to us is that Green Coffee Bean Extract could actually include caffeine.

We feel that Evlution Nutrition could have added some better ingredients to this product, despite it being a stimulant free option.

So for that reason, we’re going to give this round to Instant Knockout as well.

Instant Knockout wins round three

Instant Knockout: 3 | Lean Mode: 0

4) Side effects

You’re going to want to be sure that the product you’re taking is both completely safe and legal.

Luckily, most of the products in this category contain largely natural ingredients, meaning that side effects are usually limited.

That being said, we’d recommend checking the label carefully before trying any new products to make sure that you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients.

The main issue with supplements in this category is usually the stimulant content, but as Lean Mode claims not to contain any, that won’t be a problem here.

Instant Knockout’s caffeine levels are generally OK as well, coming in at 75mg per capsule.

We’re not sure about the inclusion of CLA (Conjugated linolenic acid) in Lean Mode. It may be worth looking into this ingredient yourself before trying Lean Mode.

It’s close, but we’re going to give this round to Instant Knockout.

Instant Knockout wins round four

Instant Knockout: 4 | Lean Mode: 0

5) Price

Now, onto the all-important price tag.

Instant Knockout is currently priced at $59 / £35 / €45 and you can only buy it from the official website.

Lean Mode is currently priced at $20 / £16 / €18 on Amazon for a bottle containing 50 capsules.

To truly compare the value of each product, you’ll need to work out how many capsules you’re taking daily and then see which bottle will last you longer.

Lean Mode seems to be the cheaper product right now.

The only way Instant Knockout can compete in terms of price is via the multi-box discounts they offer on their official website.

But this round goes to Lean Mode.

Lean Mode wins round five

Instant Knockout: 4 | Lean Mode: 1

Conclusion – our final thoughts

So there we have it. It’s a comprehensive win for Instant Knockout against Lean Mode in the battle of the supplements.

Here’s why we think Instant Knockout is the better option:

Instant Knockout:

• Better ingredients
• Good testimonials
• 90-day money-back guarantee
• Used by MMA fighters and pro boxers
• A market leader

• More expensive

Lean Mode:

• Some good ingredients
• Cheaper product
• Serving guidelines are confusing
• Missing lots of our favorite ingredients

So, we’ve selected Instant Knockout as our top supplement when compared to Lean Mode.

instant knockout

Although Lean Mode does offer a good alternative as a stimulant free supplement, we feel that Instant Knockout is by far the stronger product out of the two.

We would also feel more reassured buying Instant Knockout because of the many positive reviews of it online.
