Instant Knockout or Thermakor? If you’re sitting there asking yourself this question, then you’re probably struggling to pick between these two popular supplements.

Well you’re in luck. Our team of experts recently wanted to find out the answer to the same question and so we took a close look at these two products to see which comes out on top.

In this comparison review article, we’re going to focus on making a thorough comparison between the two products to determine which is the best.

To do this, we’re going to focus on the following five areas:

• Company reputation and product background
• The servings
• The ingredients and dosages
• Side effects
• Price

Then, we’ll round up our findings and conclude with our top recommendation. If you’re in a hurry or you just can’t wait, you can find out if either of these products make our pick of the best supplements on the market right now.

So, without further ado, let’s get straight down to business and start comparing Instant Knockout with Thermakor.

1) Company reputation and product background

First up is the all important company reputation and product background. We want to be sure that we know all about the histories of the two manufacturers and their products.

Here is a brief summary of both products, with the important points highlighted:

Instant Knockout summary:

• Made by specialist company Roar Ambition
• Designed to support your goals
• Uses Green Tea, Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan
• Contains Caffeine
• Used by MMA fighters and pro boxers
• Sold directly to consumers from official website

Thermakor summary:

• Made by Kor Nutrition
• Contains Caffeine
• Natural ingredients
• Designed to support your goals

As you can see from the comparisons above, both products fit into fairly similar categories.

Instant Knockout was launched back in 2014, with the product having initially been developed to help professional boxers and MMA fighters before a big fight.

Thermakor is made by a US-based company called Kor Nutrition. Like Instant Knockout, it’s also been designed to support you on your journey.

We’re going to give this round to Instant Knockout, because we’re already big fans of Roar Ambition’s other fitness supplements.

2) The servings

If you ever find yourself doing some research of your own into supplements, one major clue as to how effective a product really is going to be can be found on the directions label.

Namely, how often are you recommended to take the product?

Generally speaking, the best products require you to take them on a more regular basis.

In short, the more regularly you need to take the supplement, the more effective it’s likely to be. (Note: we’re not talking about the serving size, but the serving frequency.)

So, how do Thermakor and Instant Knockout compare when it comes to the servings?

Each bottle of Instant Knockout contains 120 capsules, which is one month’s supply of four per day.

With Instant Knockout, you take one capsule, four times per day, in between meals.

Each bottle of Thermakor contains 60 capsules, which will last for a month if you stick to the recommended minimum dose.

The problem with Thermakor is that the serving frequencies are a little less clear. They say you should take one or two capsules, twice daily. That’s quite a lot of variation (two or four capsules per day).

It means that if you stick to the four-capsule per day recommendation, one bottle would only last you for 15 days.

We’re definitely giving this round to Instant Knockout because the directions are clear and easy to understand.

3) The ingredients and dosages

Next up are the all important ingredients. Putting aside all of the marketing hype, really, just how good are these products?

Let’s kick this section off by comparing the ingredients of both products in full:

instant knockout vs thermakor

As you can see from the comparison above, there are some similarities between Instant Knockout and Thermakor in terms of their ingredients, but there are also some differences.

Both products contain good doses of Green Tea Extract, which is one of our favorite ingredients. Instant Knockout contains slightly more, at 500mg per four-capsules serving.

We were also pleased to find Caffeine Anhydrous on the label. Again, it’s one of our top-rated ingredients.

Both of the products also contain Green Coffee Bean extract, another top ingredient.

That’s where the similarities end, and we’re going to side with Instant Knockout in this round because the doses of each of the ingredients is better in our opinion.

Instant Knockout also contains a few more of our favorite ingredients, such as Glucomannan and Cayenne Pepper.

Instant Knockout wins round three

Instant Knockout: 3 | Thermakor: 0

4) Side effects

Next up are the side effects. Are these products safe or do they contain some risky ingredients?

As always, we definitely recommend taking a close look at the ingredients label of any product you are considering taking for the first time, to make sure that you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients.

The main thing to worry about when it comes to supplements of this type is stimulant content. Caffeine is one of our top-rated ingredients, but too much of it will cause problems for some people.

Both Instant Knockout and Thermakor are good in this respect, with Instant Knockout containing 75mg per capsule (300mg per daily dose).

Remember that you’d be wise not to take these supplements too close to bedtime, as the caffeine content is likely to affect your sleep.

The one thing that caught our eye in Thermakor was the inclusion of Synephrine, also known as ‘bitter orange’.

We’ve read about this causing problems in some people when combined with caffeine, so it’s worth looking into this further.

We’re going to give this round to Instant Knockout, too.

Instant Knockout wins round four

Instant Knockout: 4 | Thermakor: 0

5) Price

So that brings us onto our final comparison category, the all-important price.

Instant Knockout is currently priced at $59 / £35 / €45 per bottle and you can only buy it from the official website.

Thermakor is also currently priced at $59 per bottle and, at the time of writing this article, you can also only buy it directly from the official website.

Both products offer multi-box discounts when you order more than one bottle.

Instant Knockout have a promotion on where you buy three bottles you get one free, which works out at around $46 per bottle with free worldwide shipping and a money-back guarantee.

Thermakor have a three-bottle deal on right now which currently costs $117.

Both of these products have near-identical price tags, so this round is a tie.

Round five is a tie

Instant Knockout: 5 | Thermakor: 1

Conclusion – our final thoughts and recommendation

So there you have it, our full comparison of Instant Knockout vs Thermakor.

As you’ve probably already guessed, we rate Instant Knockout as the stronger product due to its better doses and superior ingredients list.

Both of these products have pretty much the same price, and we feel that Instant Knockout is better value for money.

You’re probably not going to go too far wrong by selecting either of these products, but we’ve picked Instant Knockout as the winner when pitted up against Thermakor.

Remember, a supplement won’t do the hard work for you. You’ll have to make sure that you’re training hard and eating right before adding a product like this to your regimen.
