In this review article, we’re going to take a close look at this supplement by examining the ingredients, reading the customer reviews and seeing where it stands in comparison to the other products out there at the moment.

As you’ve probably already guessed, Lean Genes Fat Incinerator fits into the wider category of supplements known as ‘fat burners’.

So, with all of that out of the way, let’s take a close look at the ingredients in Lean Genes.
Having had a quick glance at the label, we found some good ingredients on the list.
However, we were disappointed to see that Lean Genes contains a proprietary blend. This is when the manufacturer has hidden the dosages of the individual ingredients within a total ‘blend’.
We don’t like this because it makes it difficult to assess the quality of the product.
• Caffeine Anhydrous – It was good to see this ingredient on the list because it’s one of our favourite fat burner ingredients.
Caffeine can work as a powerful metabolism booster and is also well-known to act as a stimulant to help you feel more energised and alert.
That’s definitely a good thing if you’re planning on exercising and working out while trying to cut fat.
• Citrus Aurantium (bitter orange) – This is an interesting addition to the ingredients list.
We’ve started to come across this ingredient more and more often, although we don’t consider it to be one of the top fat burner substances.
It is thought that it can help to speed your metabolism, which would result in more calories burnt.
However, we’ve read some things about bitter orange causing problems when combined with caffeine in one supplement.
• Vitamins B6 and B12 – It was great to find these important B vitamins on the label of Lean Genes.
The whole group of B vitamins help to turn carbohydrate into glucose, which your body can then burn for energy.
B6 in particular is a metabolism booster and can help to convert food into energy, while also burning excess fat.
B12, meanwhile, can help the body use fatty acids and produce energy. It’s also thought to play a role in protein synthesis and increasing the absorption of energy from food.
• Acetyl L-Carnitine – Again, this is not an ingredient we’ve come across too often in fat burners before.
We have seen it included in a lot of pre workout supplements, because it can help to combat fatigue and reduce muscle damage.
It’s also thought to play a role in keeping you feeling energised, both mentally and physically, which is always a good thing.
We’re just not too sure about its fat burning and metabolism boosting properties.
The other ingredients in Lean Genes are listed below. As we mentioned above, we’re not too happy about finding proprietary blends on the label.
While there were a few good things on the ingredients label in Lean Genes, there were also quite a lot of substances missing in our opinion.
This means that we don’t classify Lean Genes as one of the very best fat burners out there at the moment.
Firstly, there was no Glucomannan on the label. This is one of our favourite fat burning ingredients because it is a powerful dietary fibre which can help to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
It was also a shame not to find Green Coffee Bean Extract on the label. This is another one of our favourite ingredients but we found it was only generally included in premium fat burner supplements.
There were also a few other things missing such as Green Tea Extract and Chromium. We consider both of these to be important as well.
These kinds of supplements are usually pretty safe because they contain natural ingredients.
That being said, it’s always a good idea to carefully check the label to make sure that you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients.
There are two things to be wary of in this supplement, in our opinion. Firstly, the caffeine content is quite high, so it’s a good idea not to take this supplement too close to bedtime because it could affect your sleep.
Secondly, as we mentioned above, we’ve read about bitter orange causing problems when combined with caffeine. Again, we’d recommend doing some more research into this.
Each bottle of Lean Genes Fat Incinerator contains 60 vegetarian capsules.
That means that if you stick to the maximum daily dosage of two capsules, one bottle will last you for 30 days.
The label says that you should take one capsule a day with a meal for three days to assess your tolerance.
After three days, you can increase to two capsules (1 full serving) per day. Servings should always be taken with a meal.
The label says that to get the best results, use it for 60 days in combination with diet and exercise.
As mentioned above, we’d recommend not taking this supplement too close to bedtime because the caffeine could mess with your sleep.
We found a lot of reviews of Lean Genes on sites like Amazon and others.
One customer said that this was the only brand of fat burner supplement that did not give them the ‘jitters’.
Someone else said that they had only been taking it a couple of days but they already were feeling the benefits.
However, one user revealed that didn’t notice any results while taking this supplement.
Someone else said that they took it daily for 30 days and didn’t see any changes at all.
Not in our opinion. Although there are some good things about Lean Genes, the use of proprietary blends and some missing key ingredients mean that we don’t class it as one of the best products around at the moment.
