Before we get started, it’s important to realise that most of the so-called ‘fat burner’ supplements in this category, including the one featured on this page, have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.
They are supplements designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.
Our quest to unearth the very best supplements on the market has taken us through hundreds of reviews and countless different products and ingredients.
But we’re always on the lookout for the latest supplements to hit the market, and so we were keen to find out more about MELT.
MELT is marketed as one of those supplements that promises to work hard to help you support you on your journey.
Naturally, we were keen to find out just how good this supplement really is and whether it can live up to its own hype or not.
Our MELT Fat Burner review focuses on all of the important things that you need to know about this product so that you can make an informed decision about whether it’s the right supplement for you, or if another product would be a better option.
Let’s begin by taking a close look at the basic facts surrounding this supplement.
MELT Fat Burner is marketed as a thermogenic supplement which contains a number of natural ingredients to help support you on your journey.
According to the marketing material on the official Amazon listing, MELT will work in three main ways to help you on your journey.
It’s good to see that this product has been formulated to work in multiple ways.
Simply put, choosing a product which has a multi-action approach means that you’re more likely to be successful.
So, the marketing material all sounds pretty good to us so far – but can the formula deliver to live up to the hype? Let’s take a close look at the ingredients used to find out.
Let’s start this section by looking at the actual ingredients used by MELT Fat Burner.
As you can see for yourself, MELT uses six different ingredients to achieve its desired effects.
Before we get into each one of them, we should point out that each of the doses of the individual ingredients is clearly listed by LMNITRIX – it’s great to see that this product doesn’t use a proprietary blend.
• Caffeine Anhydrous – A good ingredient for any supplement in this category. You’ll find Caffeine in one form or another in the top products of this type. Each capsule contains 135mg of Caffeine.
• Cayenne Pepper – Another quality ingredient. Cayenne Pepper is one of the most commonly used supplement ingredients in this kind of product, so again we were pleased to find it on the label. So far, so good.
• L-Carnitine L-Tartrate – An amino acid found naturally in the body. We are more used to seeing L-Carnitine used in the top pre workout supplements rather than products of this type. It’s not a terrible inclusion in the formula.
• Garcinia Cambogia – This is a tropical fruit which is often found in some of the other similar supplement in this category.
• Choline Bitartrate – Choline is part of the B-Complex vitamin family and is an essential nutrient found in foods such as egg yolks and spinach. It contributes to normal lipid (fat) metabolism in the body, so it’s been included to help keep things running smoothly. It’s a decent inclusion in the list.
• Hordenine – This is an alkaloid which derives from a number of different plants. However, it’s not been linked to much actual evidence for being effective, so we’re not too sure about its use in MELT.
Now, although MELT definitely does include a few good ingredients, we feel that this supplement is let down a bit by the fact that it doesn’t use some of our favorite ingredients for a product of this type.
Here are some of the main ingredients missing from this supplement in our opinion:
• Green Tea Extract
• Green Coffee Bean Extract
It was very disappointing to see that MELT doesn’t use Green Tea Extract. It’s one of the most common ingredients for a supplement in this category and it was a shame not to find it on the label.
Glucomannan is also another disappointing omission from this supplement. It’s a dietary fiber which comes from the root of the Konjac plant and that can contribute to weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet.
We would definitely replace some of the more unfamiliar ingredients such as Hordenine with one of these more commonly used substances.

The main thing you need to look out for when it comes to side effects from supplements like this is the overuse of stimulants.
Each capsule of MELT contains 135mg of Caffeine, so this is unlikely to be a problem in this case.
That being said, the Caffeine content means that you probably should not take this product too close to bedtime.
We also always recommend that you take a close look at the ingredients label yourself before trying a new product for the first time to make sure that you’re not allergic to any of the substances used.
We do also recommend speaking to your doctor before thinking about trying any new supplement for the first time.
Each bottle of MELT Fat Burner contains 60 capsules. The directions say that you should take one capsule twice a day – and that means that one bottle will last you for about a month.
Generally speaking, the top supplements have multiple (usually three or four) servings per day. That’s because the more regularly your body is being fuelled with the ingredients, the better, generally speaking at least.
There were more than 100 MELT Fat Burner reviews on Amazon at the time of writing.
It generally has positive feedback, with an average rating of 3.2 out of 5 stars.
One person said that this product literally helped them to hit their goals.
Someone else reported that the results from using MELT had been great and that it helped them to get ready for a competition.
However, one person said that they didn’t notice any change after using the whole bottle.
And someone else simply described this product as a “waste of money”.
Not in our opinion. The MELT formula is missing too many important ingredients for us to rate it as one of the very best supplements on the market right now. Some of the daily doses are also too low in our opinion.

You should always make sure that your diet and exercise regime are both in check before considering any kind of supplement.
There’s no such thing as a magic pill to help you lose weight. You should always get the basics right before trying any new supplements.
That being said, if you’re already training hard and eating right, then choosing a quality supplement can help to support you on your journey.
So, that wraps up our MELT Fat Burner review.
Overall, this product contains a couple of decent ingredients and doesn’t use a proprietary blend, which is good news.
However, the servings are under-dosed and there are too many of our favorite ingredients missing from the formula for us to consider it as one of the best products on the market right now.
