The thing that makes this fat burner different is that it doesn’t include stimulants such as caffeine. According to the manufacturers, it’s been designed to deliver 24-hour fat burning, whilst improving sleep too.
In this article, we’re going to give you the lowdown on Nite Burn and how it fares against the competition.
We’ve looked at the formula and science behind the product as well as reviewing what customers have been saying when it comes to their results. Let’s start our in-depth Nite Burn review by taking a close look at the basic facts.
As we’ve already pointed out, Nite Burn by BPI Sports fits into the category of supplements known as ‘fat burners’.
These types of products typically help you burn fat in a number of different ways, including helping to raise your metabolic rate, improving your energy levels as well as reducing your appetite.
When choosing a fat burner supplement, it’s always best to go with ones that include natural ingredients as there’s quite a few unsafe, illegal products out there that you want to stay away from.
Nite Burn is different to many fat burners on the market because doesn’t include stimulants.
The objective of Nite Burn, according to the manufacturers, is to provide a caffeine-free weight loss aid.
Let’s have a look at Nite Burn and see how it compares to some of the other leading fat burners out there.
When it comes to the formula, Nite Burn takes a novel approach. Whilst it does include a couple of well know fat burning ingredients it’s also got a handful of substances that you wouldn’t usually associate with this type of product either.
One downside with Nite Burn is that it also includes a proprietary blend, this is where a supplement’s individual doses are hidden from view.
• Green Coffee Extract – This is one of our favourite fat burning compounds. Green Coffee Extract is basically regular coffee but in its unroasted form, it’s active ingredient is a substance called Chlorogenic Acid.
The weight loss credentials of this ingredient are well supported by a number of human studies, it’s been shown to improve your bodies natural metabolism and help with blood sugar levels.
However, it’s worth mentioning that Green Coffee can include caffeine, which surprised us a little, considering it’s supposed to be a stimulant-free fat burner.
• Raspberry Keytones – Another solid ingredient when it comes to weight loss.
Raspberry Keytones helps your body break down excess flab due to the effect it has on fat burning hormones norepinephrine and adiponectin. It’s also been shown to boost metabolic rate and help you keep blood sugar at normal levels after a meal.
• Dandelion – Dandelion has been mooted as a potential weight loss aid due to the fact it’s a diuretic. Diuretics usually make your body dispense with water, meaning you will urinate more frequently.
The main problem with using diuretics for weight loss is that they only help you dispense with water and not fat, meaning once your body is rehydrated, the weight usually comes back.
From what we can tell, there’s no reliable evidence showing Dandelion helps to burn fat.
• Lemon Balm – Lemon Balm is an interesting inclusion. This ingredient has been linked to weight loss through its effect on digestion. It’s also thought to have a positive effect on sleep and anxiety something that has been supported by a few different studies.
However, one thing to mention is that Lemon balm is considered most effective when paired with an ingredient called Valerian, something that’s sadly missing from this formula.
• White kidney Bean – White kidney bean is a popular fat burning ingredient used in many supplements of this kind. That’s because it’s been shown to help block carbohydrates, it does this by interfering with an enzyme called Amylase.
White Kidney bean is said to disrupt Amylase, ensuring that your body absorbs less of the sugar found in carbs.
It’s important to mention that studies only show this to be the case for complex carbohydrates as some sugars are already small enough to be absorbed on their own.
Well, Nite Burn’s ingredient list is definitely a little different to other fat burners we’ve seen.
Whilst there are some good ingredients in this formula there’s also some key ones missing that we feel would be essential in a stim-free fat burner.
One thing that seems to be lacking from this product is a dedicated appetite suppressant such as Glucomannan. This is a very effective ingredient because it swells in your stomach making you feel less hungry throughout the day.
Another big surprise was the fact that there was no Cayenne Pepper. Cayenne Pepper is a hot spice which helps raise metabolism naturally and also supports a reduced appetite and less cravings. It’s one of our top fat burning ingredients.
Finally, we feel it important to note that Nite Burn does not include Vitamin B. This is disappointing because the B-complex of vitamins have been shown to be very effective at improving sleep due to the role they play in Serotonin production.
All this means that Nite Burn isn’t one of our favourite fat burners right now. To check out our pick of the top five fat burners, including the best male and female formulas, click the link below.
Most fat burning supplements these days are free from side effects. It’s always a good idea to check out the label though as everyone reacts to certain ingredients differently.
The fact that this product doesn’t contain many stimulants means that it shouldn’t affect your sleep or give you the jitters.
That being said, this formula does include the diuretic Dandelion. Diuretics can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances which can result in symptoms such as thirst, dizziness, nausea and extreme tiredness.
Each bottle of Nite Burn contains 30 capsules, meaning one bottle will last you a month.
The label says that you should take one capsule just before bed.
We’d wouldn’t usually recommend this with a fat burner for obvious reasons but as Nite burn doesn’t include caffeine it’s likely to be fine.
We found plenty of reviews of Nite Burn on websites like Amazon, it was a bit of a mixed bag.
One customer said that they loved Nite Burn because it helped them sleep as well as relax after a hard session in the gym. Another user said they liked it because it helped them drift off more easily.
Another said that they’d not noticed any weight loss but that their sleep was much improved.
There were a few more negative reviews too with one other user saying it didn’t help them lose weight or sleep better.
And another customer actually said it interrupted their sleep.
It’s not a bad stimulant-free option, but we think there are better fat burners on the market at the moment.
We recently selected the best fat burners on sale including products designed for both men and women. We chose these by analysing the ingredients and reviewing the customer feedback online. Check out the list by clicking on the link below.
As is always the case when it comes to fat burning, you really need to be on point when it comes to your diet and working out.
There really isn’t a ‘miracle pill’ out there that will make it happen overnight. You’ll need to work hard with it to see the best results.
That being said, putting a top fat burner supplement into your program can definitely make a big difference and help you achieve your body goals quicker.
So, is Nite Burn BPI Sports a good fat burner you should consider using? Here’s what we thought;
• Some good ingredients
• No jitters
• Missing Glucomannan and Cayenne Pepper
