• Dandelion Root Extract – An extract which is thought to have a diuretic effect, meaning that you’ll have to pee more often.

• L-Tryptophan – This is an essential amino acid that helps the body make proteins and certain brain-signaling chemicals, such as Serotonin.

• Chamomile Root Powder – Chamomile is known for its use in tea to promote a feeling of calm and relaxation, so it could be a good inclusion in Her Nighttime Burn.

• Mucuna Pruriens – Also known as Velvet Bean, Mucuna Pruriens is a good source of L-DOPA, which is a direct precursor to the neurotransmitter Dopamine.

It’s a real shame that we don’t know the doses of a lot of the ingredients because they are hidden in proprietary blends.
