Nuclear Burn is a supplement made by NXT Nutrition Photo: The Sport Review

We’re always eager to hear about the latest supplements to hit the market, and TNT Nuclear Burn by NXT Nutrition was the latest product to arrive at our door.

It’s marketed as a supplement designed to help support you on your journey as you look to hit your goals.

There are so many similar supplements on the market these days that it can quickly become hard to try and find the best one.

Well, luckily for you, we’ve done all the hard work for you by breaking down Nuclear Burn to help you decide if it’s the right supplement for you, or if you should look elsewhere.

So, let’s start our NXT Nutrition Nuclear Burn review by examining the basic facts behind this supplement.

What does Nuclear Burn do?

Nuclear Burn is marketed as a supplement designed to help support your goals.

According to the official website, Nuclear Burn will help you in three separate ways as you look to take responsibility for your body.

This sounds good to us. The best supplements tend to have been formulated to work in more than one way.

It’s important to choose a product which offers a multi-action approach.

Whether Nuclear Burn can actually live up to the marketing hype is a whole different question, however. So many products we’ve tried make bold claims but their poor formulas let them down.

So, let’s continue our Nuclear Burn review by taking a close look at the ingredients this supplement uses.

What you need to know about the ingredients

Let’s kick off this important section by taking a close look at the ingredients label of Nuclear Burn.

Nuclear Burn NXT Ingredients

As you can see for yourself, Nuclear Burn uses nine main ingredients to help you burn more fat. Let’s take a look at the main ones:

• Caffeine – The building block of any good supplement like this. We always like to see Caffeine as one of the main ingredients in a supplement like this.

• Green Tea Extract – Another top ingredient. We rate Green Tea Extract as one of our favorite inclusions for a product like this. It’s great to see it included in the formula.

• Rhodia Rosea – This is an interesting inclusion because we’ve seen it much more regularly in the best pre workout supplements than anything else. It’s a herb that is believed to have a number of benefits.

• Garcinia Cambogia – This is an extract from a tropical species of Garcinia native to Indonesia. We have to say, we’re not too sure about it as an ingredient. We’ve seen it used in a few products but the best supplements on the market don’t use it. It’s key ingredient is hydroxycitric acid. We’re not totally convinced.

• Octadrine – This ingredient is sometimes found in supplements. There’s not much information about where it comes from, with some suggestions that it’s not natural and is made in a laboratory. Again, we’re not too sure about this particular ingredient.

As you can see for yourself, Nuclear Burn uses a range of ingredients, but these are the main ones.

What’s missing?

As we alluded to above, we’d prefer to have seen Nuclear Burn use some more commonly used ingredients rather than some of their choices.

There are quite a lot of our favorite ingredients missing from this product.

Firstly, there was no Cayenne Pepper in this product. We rate this alongside Green Tea Extract as one of the top two ingredients.

It was also a shame not to find any Glucomannan on the label. Another of our top-rated ingredients, Glucomannan is a natural dietary fiber which comes from the root of the Konjac Plant and is usually included in the top supplements.

There were also a few other of our favorite ingredients missing from this product. Firstly, there was no Green Coffee Bean Extract, and there were also some other things not included, such as Chromium and Black Pepper Extract.

Are there any side effects?

Generally, these types of supplements tend to be pretty safe, especially if they use only natural ingredients.

The main thing to look out for when it comes to fat burners is the overuse of stimulants.

So many products we’ve tried overdo it with things like Caffeine, and that’s only going to cause negative side effects such as the jitters or energy crashes later in the day.

Each two capsule serving of Nuclear Burn contains 150mg of Caffeine. That’s a reasonable amount and shouldn’t bring on any side effects in most people.

We do always recommend testing with small doses yourself, however.

We do also always advise speaking to your doctor before taking any new supplement for the first time.

How to take Nuclear Burn

Each bottle of Nuclear Burn contains 120 capsules.

That means that if you stick to the maximum recommended dose of four capsules per day, one bottle will last you for 30 days.

The directions on the label for taking this product are a little strange in our opinion.

There are two options: a ‘normal’ dose or a ‘nuclear’ dose.

The normal dose says that you should take one capsule up to two times per day.

The nuclear dose says that you should take two capsules up to two times per day, but this is only for ‘advanced’ users.

We’re not huge fans of this. It’s much better to find a supplement which requires you to take it a regular intervals (minimum of three) throughout the day.

This ensures that your body is consistently supplied with the ingredients.

What are customers saying?

There were no reviews of Nuclear Burn on the official website, which we found a little bit strange.

In fact, the only customer review we found online was on an Irish fitness website.

They said that it was a “really strong” supplement and claimed it worked really well for them.

We found it quite strange that there were not more customer reviews online. We’d prefer to see a few more before considering taking this supplement on a long-term basis.

Is this the best supplement?

Not in our humble opinion. Yes, Nuclear Burn does tick a few boxes for a supplement like this by using solid ingredients such as Green Tea Extract and Caffeine, we feel that it’s let down by the fact that it doesn’t use some of our favorite ingredients.

Anything else to consider?

As we always like to remind our readers, when it comes to the best fitness supplements there is no ‘magic pill’ to help you get your dream body.

You’ll have to make sure that you’re both eating right and training hard first to seen noticeable results.

Having said that, if you have got your diet and training regime on point, a quality supplement can help to support you on your journey.

Review conclusion – our final thoughts

So that concludes our NXT Nutrition Nuclear Burn review.

Overall, we think that this is an OK product but there are plenty of better options on the market right now.

We feel that it’s been let down by the fact that it is missing some key ingredients such as Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan, and it seems strange that there are not many reviews of this product online.

In conclusion, we feel that there are some other much better products on sale right now.
