This is our review of Phen375. Here’s everything you need to know about this well-known weight loss supplement.

Phen375 is one of many diet pills within the health and fitness market, designed to burn body fat through a variety of methods.

The makers say that it will help you to lose weight faster and more easily than ever before.

This is a rather popular supplement taken in capsule form, this review will provide a comprehensive look at the product to help determine whether or not it’s right for you. 

What does Phen375 do? 

Although a diet pill, Phen375 can fall into the category of products also known as fat burners.

It claims to work in two primary ways, by triggering both an increased rate of fat burning within the body and a suppression of natural appetite. It’s important to note that this supplement is not designed to increase your muscle mass or to be taken as part of a bulking regimen. 

Like most fat burning supplements, a product like this will work best when combined with a lifestyle that already promotes fat loss – but we’ll get more into that later.

For now, lets take a look at the ingredients responsible for Phen375’s effects. 

What you need to know about the ingredients 

• Caffeine – You’ve probably seen the first main ingredient of Phen375 before. Caffeine is well documented in its ability to suppress your appetite and increase your metabolism. In addition, the caffeine content in Phen375 can help give you the energy needed to get you through the day, and assist you in completing workouts and other calorie burning activities. 

The caffeine also works in combination with another ingredient in Phen375, Citrus Aurantium. We’ll go over the relationship between the two in more detail when describing Citrus Aurantium’s effects. 
• Cayenne Pepper – Cayenne pepper is another common ingredient for weight loss, and primarily works by increasing your body’s baseline temperature. Remember that food and body fat are forms of energy, and energy is often measured in terms of heat. In simple terms, the hotter something is, the more energy it gives off.

By giving your body a slight increase in body temperature, cayenne pepper can assist in burning and giving off more energy within your body, whether that’s food you’ve eaten or body fat you’ve stored. 
• Citrus Aurantium – Citrus Aurantium is a less common ingredient, and there’s quite a lot of information and scientific literature on it. Citrus Aurantium (also known as bitter orange) is quite similar to another weight loss product ephedrine.

However, ephedrine is strictly regulated, as it can have various side effects in people who use it. Ephedrine is also used in the well–known “ECA stack,” a combination of caffeine, ephedrine, and aspirin used by bodybuilders in order to burn body fat. Because of the similarities to ephedrine, citrus aurantium has been linked to increasing fat burn.

However, various studies have found little evidence that Citrus Aurantium is any safer than ephedrine, which has been linked to blood pressure increases. So, while a potentially effective ingredient you should always do your own research and consider your own unique body when deciding to purchase this product. 

One good thing about this ingredient is that it can work better when combined with caffeine. However, this also comes with an increased risk of side effects, so bear that in mind.  
• Forskolin – Forskolin is a lesser-known ingredient, and while little information exists on its effects, there are some indications that it can improve your body composition. 

Forsoklin can help release fat from your cells, however whether or not that fat gets burned off is another matter. It’s important to remember that a calorie deficit is necessary to get that fat burning off you, meaning you need to eat less calories than your body needs for energy.

Now, the evidence for fat burning isn’t huge, but one thing forskolin definitely does seem to do is increase free testosterone levels. This does make it more effective for men than women as more testosterone equals more muscle mass, which equals more food and fat being burnt off.

What’s missing? 

Whilst Phen375 has some good ingredients, it could have benefitted from what we think would have been some great additions.  
Turmeric and black pepper are two simple, natural ingredients (you’ve probably got them in your kitchen somewhere!) that have a ton of benefits.

Turmeric in particular helps to detoxify your liver, and the piperine in black pepper helps to prevent fat cells from building up and metabolizes them at a greater rate. We think both of these healthy spices would have worked well in combination with the Cayenne Pepper already present in Phen375. 
Up next is Zinc. We already went over the effects of forskolin on testosterone levels, and zinc is a key ingredient in your body’s ability to produce more testosterone. There are a lot of people who might not have enough zinc in their system to support optimal hormone function, and combining zinc with forskolin could have had a nice synergistic effect. 
We would have liked to see some Turmeric,Zinc and Black Pepper included in Phen375, but no product is perfect, whilst we can’t rate it as one of the very best fat burner supplements the ingredients that are in this product will definitely have some effect regardless. 

Are there any side effects?

There’s nothing particularly ‘intense’ in this product that should get you worried about major side effects, although one thing you should definitely be aware of is the relationship between Citrus Aurantium and blood pressure.

If you remember, we went over this in the ingredients section. This is more of an issue when someone has an existing heart issue, or is taking very large doses; make sure to consult with your doctor if any of that applies to you. 

Like most caffeine containing products, its best to use this supplement earlier on in the day, so as not to interfere with your sleep. Like most products, effects may vary from individual to individual, and you should always carefully inspect the labels and ingredients with consideration to your own health.

How to take Phen375

Most users of Phen375 take between 1-2 800mg capsules per day.

It is best to consume these capsules earlier in the day, before 3pm or so, in order to reduce the chance of the caffeine content interfering with your sleep pattern.

The manufacturer suggests taking one pill in thee morning on an empty stomach, along with a glass of water, and if desired, another pill before lunch at around noon or so.

It is best to wait an hour or so before eating to ensure absorption of the ingredients. We recommend not consuming more than two pills a day, as larger doses may interfere with your sleep schedule primarily due to high doses of caffeine. 

What are customers saying? 

Phen375 doesn’t seem to be available on major online retailers like Amazon, at least in its original form.  

We found customer reviews and testimonials on the company’s website including descriptions and photos of customers experiences, with fat loss ranging quite a lot.

According to one customer in the USA, taking Phen375 curbed her appetite and gave her great energy. Another said she was astonished by how well it worked.

There are reviews on other websites that are more critical of Phen375. One user exclaimed that she was “so disappointed’ and said that if anything Phen375 actually increased her appetite.

Is this the best fat burner? 

Phen375 does contain ingredients that can help you in your weight loss journey, and has the potential to be an effective tool for fat burning.

However, the product could contain more ingredients that we think would have had a better effect, and so we believe there are better products out there on the market.

Anything else to consider? 

Like most things in life, there usually isn’t one standalone solution.

Phen375 can be a helpful tool in achieving your weight goals, but it’s not magic.

It’s important to prioritise exercising, eating nutritious foods in moderate amounts, and an overall healthy lifestyle when attempting to lose weight.
