In this SHR3D-X review article, we’re going to take a close look at the ingredients to see if this is a good supplement you should consider taking or not.
We’re also going to check out some of the customer reviews to determine where this product stands in comparison to other products out there at the moment.
As you’ve probably already guessed, SHR3D-X fits into the broader category of health supplements that have been designed to help support your goals when combined with the right lifestyle choices.
These are supplements which contain a number of different natural ingredients designed to help support you on your journey.
The manufacturer of SHR3D-X says that the supplement has been specially formulated to help in a number of different ways.
That all sounds pretty good to us, but where does SHR3D-X compare in relation to the other products out there at the moment?
Let’s take a close look at the ingredients to see exactly what this product is made of.
SHR3D-X contains a good number of ingredients to help support your goals.
However, the one thing that is already a negative is that the dosages of the separate ingredients are masked in what is know as a ‘proprietary blend’.
This is when supplement makers mask the individual doses of the substance. We don’t like this at all because it means we don’t know exactly how much of each ingredient is in the product.
For now, let’s focus on what is in this product.
• Green Tea Extract – This is one of our favourite ingredients, and it was great to see it included in SHR3D-X. Green Tea, as well as being a popular hot drink, is a common inclusion as an extract in supplements in this category.
• Caffeine – This is another good ingredient. We always look for small doses of Caffeine in supplements like this, so it was good to find it on the label.
• Piperine – This is a form of black pepper extract which is included in small doses in many of the top supplements. It was good to find it on the label. This is a good ingredient and indeed, it’s worth checking to make sure that any supplements you’ve been taking have some sort of Black Pepper Extract in them.
• Vitamins B6 and B12 – These are two other ingredients we like very much for supplements like this. Both B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B12 also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Rhodiola Rosea – This is a herb which is sometimes added to supplements. It’s claimed to help with certain things, although we’re more used to finding it in pre workout supplements than anything else.
You’ll find the full list of the other ingredients below. As we pointed out, the bulk of the core ingredients are included in a proprietary blend, which we don’t really like to see.
There are quite a lot of ingredients missing from SHR3D-X in our opinion, not to mention the fact that we don’t know how much of each of the other ingredients is present each capsule.
Firstly, we were very disappointed not to find Cayenne Pepper on the label. This, along with Green Tea, is one of the first ingredients we look for in a supplement like this.
We were also disappointed not to find Glucomannan on the label of SHR3D-X. This is a dietary fibre which comes from the root of the Konjac plant and is a popular supplement ingredient.
Another disappointing admission was Green Coffee Bean extract. We love this ingredient because it is rich in Chlorogenic Acid.
These are just a few of our favorite ingredients that are missing in this supplement. Click the link below to see our pick of the best five products available at the moment.
We always recommend that you carefully check the label to make sure that you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients before taking a new product for the first time.
That being said, these types of supplements are usually pretty safe because they tend to contain commonly-used ingredients.
The main thing to bear in mind with this product is that it contains quite a lot of caffeine, which can lead to problems for some people.
For that reason, we’d recommend not taking this product too close to bedtime, to avoid the caffeine messing with your sleep.
We do also strongly recommend speaking to your doctor before thinking about taking any new supplement for the first time.
Each bottle of SHR3D-X Extreme contains 60 capsules. That means that if you took the maximum recommended dose, one bottle would last you for just 15 days.
The label says to take one or two capsules with a full glass of water with breakfast and lunch.
There’s a warning on the label saying not to exceed the stated dose.
As we mentioned above, we’d recommend not taking this product too close to bedtime, to prevent it from messing with your sleep.
We found quite a lot of reviews of SHR3D-X on Amazon and other websites.
There were a lot of people who said that they didn’t notice any results at all while using this product, which would be a concern.
One person described it as “worthless” and warned others not to waste their money.
However, there were also some positive reviews. One person said that they loved it and it had worked “wonders” for them on their journey.
Someone else said that it helped them to hit their goals.
Not in our opinion. Although there are a few good ingredients in SHR3D-X, there are too many things missing for us to class it as one of the best. It’s also disappointing that they’ve included a proprietary blend.

As we always say with supplements of this type, there’s no ‘magic pill’ when it comes to your health.
You’ll have to put in the hard work in the gym and also make sure you’re eating right to see the results you want.
That being said, a top supplement can help to support you on your journey if you’re already training hard and eating healthily.
So, is SHR3D-X a supplement you should consider? Here are our overall thoughts in summary:
• Good basic ingredients
• Includes Vitamins B6 and B12
• No Cayenne or Glucomannan
• Includes a proprietary blend
• Mixed customer reviews
So there we have it, our breakdown of the SHR3D-X supplement. Overall, we think this is a decent product but it doesn’t come close to challenging any of the top supplements in this category.
