Hemp protein is made from hemp seeds, which makes it suitable for vegans. It also therefore contains a good omega 3 & 6 profile too, giving it a healthy essential fat profile.
Flax and chia seeds have relatively similar nutritional profiles. Flax seeds are slightly higher in calories per 100g as well as potassium, while chia seeds are higher in fibre and calcium for example. Whichever used is down to personal preference as the textures vary slightly between the two so it’s worth experimenting with both.
For anyone who likes coconut, then yes! Our coconut water is unpasteurised and tastes totally different from the ones found in cartons/tetra packs. It’s definitely worth a try to see how different it tastes!
