In this review post, we’re going to closely examine all of the individual ingredients to see where this supplement stands in comparison to the competition.
We’re also going to take a close look at the customer reviews and come to a conclusion about where this product ranks among the top supplements out there right now.
There are so many different supplements on sale these days that it can become confusing when trying to find the best one. We’re here to try to help you come to your decision.
As you’re no doubt aware, Thermo Blend can be placed into the wider category of health supplements called so-called ‘fat burners’.
Before we get started, it’s important to realise that most of the supplements in this category, including all of the ones featured on this page, have not been proven to help with fat loss and fat burning.
They are supplements designed to support your goals and that usually contain a number of plant extracts and other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals.
Thermo Blend claims to help in a few main ways to help support you on your fitness journey.
So, is this product all it’s cracked up to be? Let’s take a close look at the main ingredients.
After having a quick glance at the label, we were happy to find some of our favorite ingredients included.
However, there were also a few things missing, meaning that we probably don’t class this product as one of the best supplements out there at the moment.
• Green Tea Extract – This is one of the first ingredients we look for when selecting a supplement in this category. You are probably familiar with it as a popular hot drink. It’s a good start for Thermo Blend.
• Bitter Orange Extract – This is one of those ingredients we’re not so sure about. It has been claimed to have certain benefits, but we are not really big fans of it and can’t help but feel that something better could have been used in its place.
• Cayenne Pepper – This is one of our favorite ingredients and it was great to see it included in Thermo Blend. You’ll usually find some Cayenne Pepper in the best supplements in this category.
• Guarana Seed – This is an ingredient which usually contains some Caffeine. We found that most similar supplements usually contained caffeine as a standalone ingredient, but some included Guarana instead. It’s not a bad inclusion.
• Rhodiola Rosea – This is an ingredient we found more often in pre workout supplements than anything else. It’s not a bad inclusion, it just doesn’t make it into most of the top products in this category.
You can see the rest of the ingredients in Thermo Blend listed in the graphic below.
There are a few things we’d like to see included in Thermo Blend that are not in this product.
Firstly, we were disappointed not to find Glucomannan on the label. This is a dietary fiber which comes from the root of the Konjac plant and is usually found in the top supplements. We love that ingredient and it was a shame that it wasn’t included in Thermo Blend.
We were also disappointed not to see Green Coffee Bean extract on the label as this is one of the most popular ingredients and usually makes the cut for the top products.
Other things that were missing in our opinion included B Vitamins and Black Pepper Extract.
We always recommend that you do your own research and carefully check the label to make sure that you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients.
With the Guarana and Green Tea, this product does contains stimulants, so we’d definitely recommend not taking this supplement too close to bedtime.
The stimulants in Thermo Blend could affect your sleep, so we’d advise to take it as early in the day as possible.
We’ve read about issues caused by Bitter Orange and Caffeine when combined together. Although Thermo Blend does not directly include Caffeine as an ingredient, it could still have an effect with Guarana. It’s best to do some more research into this.
We do recommend speaking to your doctor before thinking about taking any new supplement for the first time.
Each bottle of Thermo Blend by NatureWise contains 60 vegetarian capsules. That means that if you stick to the recommended dosage of two capsules per day, one bottle would last you for a month.
The label says that you should take two capsules once daily or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
As we mentioned above, we’d recommend not taking this product too close to bedtime because of the stimulants.
We found lots of reviews about Thermo Blend on Amazon and other similar websites.
At the time of writing, 73 per cent of reviews on Amazon were of five stars, with Thermo Blend only having five per cent of reviews at one star.
One person said that they loved how the product made them feel and “jump started” their goals.
Someone else said that Thermo Blend had helped them in their “struggle” towards hitting their goals.
However, there were also some negative reviews. Someone said that it had zero effect on them and made their stomach hurt.
Another customer said they didn’t find it to be effective for them at all.
Not in our opinion. Although we do like the general look of this product, there are too many ingredients missing for us to consider it as one of the best supplements out there at the moment.
We recently selected the best five supplements on sale at the moment by comparing the customer reviews, and looking at the ingredients. Check out our list by clicking the link below.
As we always say when talking about products in this category, it’s always important to make sure that you’re eating healthily and exercising regularly before considering a supplement.
There is no ‘magic pill’ when it comes to your body, and there are no shortcuts to success.
However, when combined with a healthy lifestyle, a good supplement can help to support you on your fitness journey.
So, is Thermo Blend by NatureWise a good supplement you should consider taking? Here are our thoughts in a nutshell:
• Good basic ingredients
• Lots of positive reviews
• Missing some of our favorite ingredients
• Not sure about Bitter Orange
So there we have it, our full review of Thermo Blend by NatureWise.
In summary, we consider this to be a decent supplement, but we don’t rate it as one of the best ones because there are too many of our favorite ingredients missing.
