What you need to know about the ingredients
Let’s begin this part by looking at the actual ingredients label of Women’s Best Pre Workout Booster.
The first strange thing we noticed is that there is no nutrition label of any sort found on the internet, not even their website. We did manage to find their ingredients page, but for all we know it might not even be accurate.
It’s also a shame that this product uses a proprietary blend. This means that we don’t know the doses of most of the ingredients used, which is far from ideal.
Generally, we recommend that you stay away from supplements that use proprietary blends, as there is no excuse for a manufacturer not to be totally transparent with their customers.
• Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutaric Acid – This ingredient is certainly not the most common for a pre workout supplement. It is claimed to have some benefits, but we haven’t come across it in too many supplements before. It’s not the best, but we’re not against its addition either.
• Beta Alanine – This is a fairly common ingredient and is found in the popular female pre workout Pohwer. It’s a decent inclusion in the formula.
• Citrulline Malate – Another decent inclusion. It’s an amino acid found in watermelons that is often used in pre workout supplements for women. Being third in line might suggest that Citrulline is not the most prominent ingredient here. Still, it’s a decent inclusion in the formula.
• Maltodextrin – This is really just a filler and nothing more. The fact that they added maltodextrin means there might be a few grams of carbs in every serving. That could help support you through your gym sessions.
• Creatine HCl – Creatine in pre workouts is nothing new. It’s also a common supplement for post-workout. However, we don’t really like seeing Creatine in any shape or form in a women’s pre workout. It seems to be more of a male-focused ingredient.
• L-Tyrosine – This is another ingredient that is commonly found in the top pre workouts. It’s not a bad inclusion in the Women’s Best Pre Workout Booster formula.
• Caffeine – Caffeine is always a good supplement ingredient and we always like to find it in products like this. The dose is important, and sadly we don’t know the dose of Caffeine because of the proprietary blend. Our recommendation is a small dose of around 100mg of Caffeine for a pre workout.
As we mentioned above, it’s not ideal that this supplement uses a proprietary blend to hide the doses of the ingredients.
That being said we liked that their blend prioritized some biggish hitters, including AAKG, Beta Alanine, and Citrulline Malate. These three are capable of supporting a better workout, we’re hoping they have good dosages too.
Creatine comes after Maltodextrin in the blend, which suggests that the Creatine dose is lower than the minimum working dose.
Overall, this is not a bad formula, it’s just a shame that the doses of the ingredients are hidden.
Here are some ingredients we believe could have helped this product greatly.
• B Vitamins – We always like to see B Vitamins used in supplements like this. For example, Vitamins B6 and B12 support normal energy release and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Natural Caffeine – Caffeine is great, but going natural is the current trend. We like products that contain Caffeine from natural sources (such as Green Coffee Bean or Green Tea).

Are there any side effects?
Beta Alanine is known for making your skin tingle at times, but it’s usually not a big deal and most people think it’s a sign that the supplement is actually working.
The main issue when it comes to pre workout side effects is the overuse of stimulants such as Caffeine.
It’s not great that we don’t know the dose of Caffeine used in this supplement because of the proprietary blend.
