Chelsea are lucky enough to be able to rely on a large squad of talented individuals who have combined together under the tutelage of Antonio Conte this season to lay waste to their opponents in the Premier League.

They sit atop the table by some distance and the players who underwhelmed last season have been revitalised by the shift in tactics that Conte has swept in.

Men who failed to deliver last year are suddenly reminding everyone how good they are. Cesc Fabregas is one of these players to have been given a second wind by the Italian manager – and Chelsea MUST keep the playmaker if they are to continue the progress they have made.

The soon-to-be 30-year-old is enjoying some of his best moments in a Chelsea shirt, and the Spaniard has proved to be a vital weapon in Chelsea’s repertoire.
