Fans believe Siniakova’s doubles play, paired with Sinner’s immense ability on the court, could make them a force to be reckoned with.
“Sinner wants the single and the mixed slam so badly,” said one fan after the pairing was announced during the US Open draw.

There are four seeds for the doubles tournament, with the order being reached by comparing the pair’s singles rankings.
Jessica Pegula and Jack Draper have been granted number one seed status, although they’ve been paired with Raducanu and Alcaraz in the first round.
Elena Rybakina and Taylor Fritz have been given number two seed thanks to their rankings, and will play Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori in the first round.
The other two seeded pairs are Swiatek and Casper Ruud, and Amanda Anisimova and Holger Rune.
