Queen’s Club number eight seed Jakub Menšík crashed out of the competition at the hands of R Bautista Agut in a controversial manner.
Menšík was consistently called out for foot faults at Queen’s Club by the new robotic line judges and the 19-year-old couldn’t handle it.
The Czech player lost his cool and, as a result, found himself out of the competition in a three set brawl with Bautista Agut.
The young star lost his temper to such a degree that he smashed his racket and nearly took out an audience member.

After Menšík lost a point on his way to the defeat, the Czechia prospect smashed his racket into the ground.
Unfortunately for him, it bounced off the grass and into the crowd. Luckily, there was no one sitting where the racket landed.
“That racket smash by Mensik was a bit violent!” said one fan on X after witnessing the World No. 17 inadvertently bounce his racket into the crowd.
“He lost his head,” said another, while one fan wrote: “Mensik needs less racket smashing and more therapy sessions. Talent means nothing when your head crumbles under pressure.”
Menšík was one of the favourites of the tournament as the number eight seed, but he’ll be heading home early. Bautista Agut will play either Michael McDonald or Holger Rune.
What else is scheduled for Queen’s Club on June 18?
Jack Draper is in action in his second-round match against Alexei Popyrin, but he’s not the only British hope left in the competition.
Dan Evans, after his brilliant win over Frances Tiafoe, is playing his second-round match against Brandon Nakashima.
The final match will see Bautista Agut find out his quarterfinal opponent as Rune and McDonald collide.
Alcaraz, fresh from his Roland Garros victory, will play his second-round match against Jaume Munar on June 19.
