Drew McIntyre’s newly-formed partnership with Logan Paul has not gone down well with fans, and neither will The Scottish Warrior’s latest statement about The Maverick.

Logan Paul is feuding with Jelly Roll and Randy Orton alongside McIntyre and the quartet are set for a tag team match at SummerSlam.

Paul is a divisive presence in WWE, but most fans have been impressed by The Maverick’s incredible athletic ability.

However, McIntyre’s latest prediction about Paul is unlikely to be embraced by hardcore professional wrestling fans.

Drew McIntyre tips Logan Paul for babyface WWE run

The Scottish Warrior appeared on Paul’s Impaulsive ahead of their tag team debut at SummerSlam, and it wasn’t without its controversy.

McIntyre called out ‘85%’ of the locker room for their physiques and slammed Travis Scott for ‘ruining’ the main event of WrestleMania 41.

Continuing his controversial diatribe, McIntyre also made a prediction that most WWE fans are bound to disagree with.

“Eventually you’re going to turn baby face,” the former WWE Champion McIntyre said to Paul during the interview.

“There is a fine line between love and hate,” added McIntyre. “Eventually, you’re going to get wildly cheered down the line.”

As one of the most overwhelmingly booed characters in WWE at present, it’s incredibly unlikely that time will come anytime soon.

Why Drew McIntyre has formed a partnership with Logan Paul revealed

McIntyre has, largely, been a lone wolf since Triple H took charge of the company in 2022, but that’s changed with his new tag team with The Maverick.

The Scottish Warrior divulged more information about the new partnership, including their backstage relationship.

McIntyre said Paul was the only WWE star to reach out to him after his brutal Hell in a Cell match with CM Punk.

“When I needed support the most, only one person reached out—Logan Paul,” revealed McIntyre. “That says a lot about the so-called ‘family’ here.”

McIntyre is yet to win a singles championship since Triple H took charge of the company.
