WWE continued to gear up for their huge European show, Clash in Paris, on Monday Night Raw.
Seth Rollins finally learned who he would face at WWE’s French show, and surprisingly Roman Reigns will not be involved.
A major star subtly hinted he would be facing The Tribal Chief in Paris, on a show that Reigns was not present at.
Here are five things we learned from WWE Raw.

Becky Lynch defeats Maxxine Dupree
Becky Lynch continued her ‘dominant’ streak at Women’s Intercontinental Championship by defeating rookie, Maxxine Dupree.
The veteran vs rookie dynamic was told solidly, with Dupree getting in just enough offence to make her look a credible threat.
Eventually, Lynch picked up the win with the Disarmer to retain her title, but she wasn’t satisfied with just the win.
Lynch attacked Natalya after the match, seemingly setting up a clash between the two veterans further down the line.
Bizarrely, there was no follow up to Nikki Bella and Lynch’s heated exchange from last week’s WWE Raw.
Iyo Sky shockingly loses to Roxanne Perez
Iyo Sky was set to take on Naomi for the Women’s World Championship, but the latter was not cleared to compete on the show.
A makeshift clash between Sky and Roxanne Perez was booked after a backstage confrontation, and it led to a shocking finish.
Perez surprisingly picked up the win, arguably gaining her biggest-ever victory since making the jump from NXT earlier on in the show.
The win came about after interference from Kairi Sane and Asuka, with a split on the cards between WWE’s Japanese stars.
Dominik Mysterio gets the better of AJ Styles again
Dominik Mysterio teamed with El Grande Americano to take on AJ Styles and Dragon Lee ahead of the three luchador’s appearance at AAA: TripleMania on the weekend.
The Intercontinental Champion once again earned the upper hand against The Phenomenal One by attacking the star with a loaded mask.
It allowed El Grande Americano to pick up the win against Styles as his feud with Mysterio rumbles on to Paris.
With Styles’ retirement reportedly in sight, it’s likely he’ll topple the rising star for the title in the next few months.
Seth Rollins will face Jey Uso, CM Punk, and LA Knight at WWE Clash in Paris
CM Punk opened the show to address his beef with Rollins, but LA Knight interrupted to question the star’s motives on last week’s show.
Punk attacked Rollins to cost Knight his World Heavyweight Championship opportunity, and The Megastar warned the Best in the World about getting into his business.
This brought out Paul Heyman, Bronson Reed, and Bron Breakker, and a tag team main event was set up between the four stars.
That match, of course, ended in disqualification after Rollins attacked Punk and Knight, but the babyfaces were rewarded for The Architect’s deviousness.
Adam Pearce made a Fatal Four-Way official for Clash in Paris, with Knight, Punk, and Jey Uso challenging Rollins for the title.
Reigns’ name in the match was conspicuous by its absence, but there was a tease about who he would face at the French show.
Bronson Reed vs Roman Reigns looks on the cards
During the show, Reed cut a pre-recorded promo about Reigns, seemingly teasing a singles match between the pair.
The Aussie monster has brutalised The Tribal Chief over the weeks, hitting him with multiple Tsunamis and even stealing his shoes.
Giving babyface Reigns the chance to overcome a monster is a good move from Triple H before he heads off to make Street Fighter.
Clash in Paris is shaping up to be an extremely star-studded card, which is rare for their European showcases.
