Roman Reigns’ plans for Clash in Paris were heavily teased on WWE Raw, and it will see The Tribal Chief break a strange run that has lasted over a year.
Reigns challenged Bronson Reed on WWE Raw after he helped Jey Uso defeat Bron Breakker in an Extreme Rules match.
The Tribal Chief shouted, “I’ll see you in Paris!” at the Australian big man, seemingly confirming a singles match between the pair at Clash in Paris.
Should this match be confirmed, it will see Reigns do something for the first time in 16 months inside WWE.

Roman Reigns is set for first WWE PLE singles match since WrestleMania 40
Reigns’ use by Triple H has been incredibly strange since he lost his WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40.
That’s exhibited by the Tribal Chief’s potential clash with Reed at Clash in Paris looking set to become his first singles match on a WWE PLE since that very match.
The star has competed in tag team bouts and multi-man matches since WrestleMania 40, including a triple-threat match against Seth Rollins and CM Punk at WrestleMania 41.
| Roman Reigns’ WWE PLE matches since WrestleMania 40 | Location | Date |

| Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga vs Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso | Crown Jewel (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) | November 2, 2024 |
| CM Punk, Sami Zayn, Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso vs Solo Sikoa, Bronson Reed, Tama Tonga, Tala Tonga, and Jacob Fatu | Survivor Series: WarGames (Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) | November 30, 2024 |
| 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble | Royal Rumble (Indianapolis, Indiana) | February 1, 2025 |
| Seth Rollins vs CM Punk vs Roman Reigns | WrestleMania 41 (Las Vegas, Nevada) | April 19, 2025 |
| Jey Uso and Roman Reigns vs Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed | SummerSlam (East Rutherford, New Jersey) | August 2, 2025 |
The star also competed in WarGames, and teamed with Rhodes to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood in October 2024.
Reigns did take on Solo Sikoa in a Bloodline Rules match at WWE Raw’s Netflix debut, but his match with Reed will be his first singles match on a PLE for 16 months.
Roman Reigns should wrestle Seth Rollins at WWE Crown Jewel
Reigns’ part-time schedule means barren runs without singles matches are possible, but Triple H shouldn’t wait so long again.
The star will likely appear at Crown Jewel and Survivor Series to see out 2025, with the latter likely to be another WarGames appearance.
The Tribal Chief should take on Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at Crown Jewel, although Triple H could try and see out that feud until WrestleMania 42.
An earlier match with Rollins would also free up Reigns to take on Breakker at WrestleMania, which should see The Tribal Chief put over the rising star on the biggest of stages.
