The Undertaker has only appeared sporadically in WWE since retiring from professional wrestling in 2020.

The Deadman still keeps an eye on the company that made him famous, however, with The Undertaker naming his favourite WWE star.

The Hall of Famer has made a name for himself as a coach on WWE’s Legends and Future Greats, offering guidance to potential professional wrestlers.

That’s not the only coaching The Deadman has provided though, with one star claiming he’s worked with him ahead of a huge SummerSlam match.

The Undertaker helped train Jelly Roll ahead of WWE SummerSlam

Musician Jelly Roll is set to make his WWE in-ring debut at SummerSlam, teaming with Randy Orton to take on Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre.

The star revealed how several high-profile names, including Kevin Owens and Matt Bloom, have helped prepare for his debut.

He also said The Undertaker offered several ‘pointers’ while he was training at WWE’s Performance Centre in Florida.

“Undertaker comes in with Michelle, his wife, and they come in and say, ‘Hey, we just want to watch for a minute, just kind of chill, is that cool?’, revealed Jelly Roll about his preparation for his SummerSlam bout.

“I was like, ‘Yeah, for sure.’ This is who he is as a human,” added the GRAMMY Award-winning country star.

“The entire three-hour session, he and his wife stood on those ropes and just gave me pointer after pointer.”

Jelly Roll has appeared several times in WWE, famously hitting Austin Theory with a Chokeslam at WrestleMania.

The Undertaker is set for WWE NXT appearance too

As well as training Jelly Roll away from the cameras, The Deadman is also confirmed for an upcoming WWE appearance on television.

The WWE Hall of Famer didn’t take kindly to Trick Williams’ comments on NXT and he called out the current TNA World Champion on social media.

The Undertaker wrote: “Trick Williams, you disrespect my WWE LGF team… You disrespect me! I’ll be in H-Town next week. With or without the TNA title… You might want to stay out of my yard.”

The Deadman has been confirmed to appear on the July 29 edition of WWE NXT emanating from Houston, Texas.
