Chris Eubank Jr will be heading back into training camp following the Conor Benn rematch announcement yesterday.
The second installment of this all-British clash is scheduled to take place on November 15th, back at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where the 35-year-old triumphed in April.
This new announcement followed the collapse of their date in September, a weekend after Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford, as Carl Frampton felt Eubank Jr’s ‘one’ struggle would be making the weight in such a short amount of time.
No one from the Brighton boxer’s team has responded to the rescheduled date, but fans already know Eubank Snr told Jr about the Conor Benn rematch after the first clash.

His training outfit is expected to remain the same, with Johnathan Banks likely to keep his place, but ‘Next Gen’ is known for changing his cornerman constantly, having linked up with six different coaches, including Crawford’s trainer Brian ‘BoMac’ McIntyre.
A partnership with Roy Jones Jr brought him some great successes with the duo managing three wins before a knockout loss to Liam Smith ended their relationship.
In an interview with Froch on Fighting, the former multi-weight world champion was asked if he enjoyed coaching the British fighter.
He said: “I did for the first few times, he was always like a sponge. He soaked up everything I taught him, and he came back. Two or three weeks later, he had it down. So I was really impressed with it.”
However, there was one issue ‘Superman’ had with Chris, which meant he had to sever ties with the boxer.
“Then we got to the end, it got kind of where I think he started questioning me a little bit. So when a guy starts to question, you think they don’t believe in you.
“So I felt like it was time to move on. You know, for him to go to somebody he can trust, not somebody that he got to question.”

With confirmation of another fight, questions will again be raised on the weight of the bout, which took place at 160 lbs with a 10 lb rehydration clause for both fighters, a target that Eubank Jr visibly struggled to meet.
Speaking on TalkSport, commentator Adam Smith answered how he felt about the weight class agreements.
He said: “I guess it will be the same. I would like to see a slight increase in the weight clause. I would be happier if it were at 162 or 163, so that Chris, we didn’t see maybe those pictures of Chris burning that weight down.
“But again, that’s possibly harsh on Connor because he’s naturally a much smaller fighter.”
‘The Destroyer’ was formerly a 147-pounder but has fought at a catchweight of over 150 pounds for his last three contests.
