Jake Paul and Carl Froch have had spats over a potential fight for years.
Previously, Froch asked for $10 million to fight Paul, which the American was not too interested in taking.
The ‘Problem Child’ has previously listed his dream fights, which included Canelo Alvarez and Conor McGregor, but not the former super middleweight champion.

He is looking at even bigger opposition now as rumours of an Anthony Joshua fight continue to swirl, even if AJ’s trainer, Ben Davison, says no formal talks have taken place.
David Haye would ‘tune-in’ to an interesting Jake Paul vs Carl Froch fight
Now the conversation has slightly resurfaced after the ‘Cobra’ asked former heavyweight champion David Haye how he felt a fight between himself and El ‘Gallo’ would pan out.
Speaking on Froch’s channel, he said: “I watched his fight the other night against Chavez, and he has really improved.
“He wasn’t getting caught with anything, his jab was nice, his balance was good, I was thinking goddamn. He’s big as well at the weight.”
Haye and the Nottingham fighter have been friends since their days coming up in the British boxing boom period, with notable sparring rounds shared between the pair.
When pushed for a prediction on how it would look, the ‘Hayemaker’ didn’t think it was very clear-cut.
“I’d watch it, I’d tune in, I think he would, keep hyping it up. It’s going to be tight, I don’t know, a prime you all day long, no questions,” he explained.
“I know you are rock solid, but are you rock solid at the weight or is it sparring rock solid. I’d be interested.”
Carl Froch already won two titles in his first 13 fights, compared to Jake Paul
The 28-year-old has taken an unconventional route into the sport, having never competed for any ranking or domestic belt in his 13 fights as a professional.
Compared to the 48-year-old who made his debut in 2002, and by the same number of fights already captured the English and Commonwealth super middleweight titles (making one defence of the latter).
A seventh-round knockout of Alan Page won him the English belt, and a 12-round decision against Carl Adamu won him his second accolade as Commonwealth king.
Another interesting comparison between the two is the experience of the opponents with the combined fights for Froch’s foes being 366 bouts compared to the 162 bouts of Paul’s adversaries.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and Mike Tyson make up the majority of the figure.
A Joshua fight seems highly unlikely; however, a bout against the retired champion could be interesting.
It won’t help the narrative of the Ohio fighter only taking old, retired combat sports athletes.
