Raducanu is just the second Grand Slam champion to team with Alcaraz and the first female player to be his doubles partner.

Alcaraz holds a record of seven wins from his 13 doubles matches since making his debut in 2018.

Alcaraz gave an indication of his plans for his team with Raducanu when asked during their respective Wimbledon campaigns.

“I’m just gonna serve and I’m gonna pull myself away and I let her play,” joked Alcaraz about what to expect at the US Open.

The US Open Mixed Doubles Championship is set to take place on August 19 and 20, just days before the singles draw.
