Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner have dominated the ATP Tour over the last year, and only one star has their number when it comes to Wimbledon.

Sinner and Alcaraz will meet in the Wimbledon final as they continue their dominance on the ATP Tour in 2025.

The Roland Garros final re-match will see Sinner play in his fourth consecutive Grand Slam final, while Alcaraz is looking for his third consecutive Wimbledon crown.

The two men have dominated Wimbledon over recent years, but one man has managed to beat them both.

Danil Medvedev has Wimbledon victories over Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz

Daniil Medvedev had a Wimbledon to forget this year, crashing out at the first hurdle against Benjamin Bonzi.

However, the Russian has carved out a slice of Wimbledon history no other player has managed as he’s beaten both Sinner and Alcaraz at SW19.

The World No. 9 knocked Alcaraz out of the Round of 64 in 2021 in straight sets in a campaign that saw him reach the fourth round.

He followed that up in 2024 by getting the best of Sinner in a five-set epic that saw him reach the semi-finals.

He, ironically, had his tournament ended in the final four against eventual winner Alcaraz, who beat him in four sets.

Carlos Alcaraz has already explained his relationship with Jannik Sinner

Alcaraz and Sinner are often slugging it out for the biggest tournaments in tennis, and much has been made about their off-court relationship.

Alcaraz cleared up the misconceptions during a 2024 interview with Sky Sports Tennis. The Spaniard said: “We don’t speak too much.”

“But when we can, we talk a little bit besides tennis, about life,” continued the World No. 2. “But not too much. I think the respect we have puts us in a position that we have a really good relationship.”

Sinner and Alcaraz have played each other 12 times on the ATP Tour, with the Spaniard winning eight of their clashes.
