Fans are confident about AJ Lee’s in-ring ability after a 2022 training clip with CM Punk showed up on social media.
The WWE icon has not appeared in the company for a decade, but AJ Lee is expected to face Becky Lynch at Wrestlepalooza.
Lee will team with CM Punk at the WWE PLE against Seth Rollins and Lynch as WWE stacks their card to go against AEW’s All Out.

Lee trained with her husband, Punk, when they were both cast in the wrestling television show Heels, which ran between 2021 and 2023.
After reports of Lee’s WWE return, a clip of the WWE icon training with Punk has resurfaced on social media and fans have become very excited.
On X, one fan wrote: “The way she’s about to come back better than EVER is insane because this was just for the show heels a couple years ago.”

Lee’s match alongside Punk will be her first WWE appearance since an episode of Monday Night Raw in 2015.
