John Cena used several influencers’ names to verbally take down Logan Paul on WWE SmackDown.

Cena faces Paul at Clash in Paris as the pair square off for the first, and probably final, time at WWE’s huge French show.

Paul and Cena have exchanged shots over the past few weeks, which included The Maverick knocking the 17-time champion out in Dublin, Ireland.

On WWE SmackDown in Lyon, France, Cena namedropped Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed to roast Paul on the show.

John Cena roasts Logan Paul on WWE SmackDown

Cena and Paul traded blows on WWE SmackDown as they built toward their much-anticipated bout in France.

Cena has looked back to his best on the microphone as a babyface over the last few weeks and he savagely took down The Maverick in France.

“Your influence is not what it was, and you know it,” said Cena to The Maverick in the opening segment of SmackDown.

“Yesterday I saw a list of the most influential guys Druski was there, Kai Cenat, IShowSpeed was there, your name was nowhere.”

Cena also told Paul he was a pretender and he was doing everything the 17-time champion did when he first debuted.

John Cena apologises to fan on WWE SmackDown

Cena’s heel turn saw him turn his back on the fans for the first time in two decades, and the 17-time champion unleashed his wrath on a young fan in Belgium back in April.

The star blamed his WWE heel turn on the young child on WWE Raw in Brussels, which he apologised for four months later.

Cena found the fan, who was in attendance in Lyon, and offered him a heartfelt apology for his actions as a heel.

The 17-time champion reverted to a babyface ahead of his SummerSlam match with Cody Rhodes, which saw him lose the WWE Championship.
